We had an incredible stay at this pristine lakefront property. The home is beautifully maintained, offering breathtaking view of the water and a peaceful atmosphere that made our work trip both productive and enjoyable. The outdoor patio and fireplace were standout features - perfect for unwinding in the evening. With plenty of bedrooms, everyone had their own comfortable space, which was ideal for a group of adults traveling for work. Emily was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. We very much enjoyed staying at Kari’s house. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook group meals. The neighborhood was beautiful and fun to walk around. The grill and patio was a great setting for the warm evening dinner. Dog friendly!

Clean, comfortable and well-appointed home nestled in the lush trees in quiet Tim's Ford Lake neighborhood. Spacious great room w/open dining room surrounded by glass. A well-stocked kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. It's always appreciated for the weary travelers. The screened outdoor porch with gas fireplace and large TV is pure heaven. Matt is a gem, too. You'll be pleased all the way around--a wonderful experience.

Just book it. This charming lake house has a number of great features we loved. Spacious 1st floor offers great open design with easy use of large modern kitchen, comfortable sectional, expansive lake views and generous common area. Outdoor patio has plenty of seating (incl cozy daybed), glass rock propane fire pit & grill; and additional wood burning fire pit steps from the lake. Second floor has roomy master suite w/sitting area, fabulous tub & shower and private outdoor patio overlooking Tims Ford Lake. The spiral staircase connects to lower patio for easy external access. Additional three bedrooms are well appointed, too, and garage comfortably housed Range Rover. All of these areas were very inviting and enjoyed. Gated neighborhood less than 1-mile to Main Square for dining at Filo's, coffee at Walnut Hill & Barre Fly Fitness for yoga. Best part meeting Christie--a wonderful woman doing incredible work in the world. Thank you for hosting, Christie.

This rental was Amazing. 5 star. Steve was a great host even though we really didn't need anything once we got there. Probably the best AirBnb I have ever stayed in. It was spotless, large and had very comfortable furniture. All beds were reported as super comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook all sorts of meals. Beautiful place. For the 1st time ever, I truly have no negatives to comment on.

Great place to host our family for Grandpa’s 80th birthday. We enjoyed the ability to all be together in the main room. House and view were beautiful. If you want everyone to be together then this is the perfect place. In addition, the hosts were extremely attentive.

We had a family vacation here to celebrate Thanksgiving with my Daughters and their families. The home is really beautiful and was enough space for all of us. Everyone had their own room. The pool table was great.The fire pit outside was great to gather around to roast marshmellows. The views were breathtaking!! My grandson fished off the dock, as he brought his own but they also provided. Went for a ride on the conoe.. We would love to come back in the future to make more memories. Paul was quick to respond to any questions we would have before and during our stay. Really beautiful home.

My husband and I will definitely be back. The apartment was comfortable, clean and super location to visit Sewanee. Myles is a great host.

I wanted dog friendly, close to Monte sano and Huntsville night life. Was not disappointed. We will be back with the dogs im sure
