Idéale pour les réunions de famille ou de travail, la maison est accessible sans voiture, (gare à 10 mn à pied - ligne Paris St Lazare - Gisors). A côté du gîte, une maison bourgeoise, accueille également des voyageurs, et un petit atelier d'artiste est occupé par les propriétaires.

In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
