Welcome to our modern house - a bright, comfy space with a swimming pool and a terrace with BBQ! The ground floor is one big open area with a kitchen, dining table, living room and a big entrance with a wc. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one open office space, and a master bedroom with its own bathroom. In the basement you’ll find a few gym equipment, another bathroom and the washer/dryer. Happy to provide tips on our beautiful region that’s got so much to offer!

Gästehäuschen

Unser Gästehäuschen ist ein ehemals umgebauter Hühner und Schafstall, bei dem nichts mehr von Stall zu erkennen ist. Mit grossem Engagement und viel Zeit haben wir dieses in ein echtes Schmuckstück umgebaut. Das Häuschen ist nur für unsere Gäste und auch der Sitzplatz davor. Wir wohnen im Bauernhaus nebenan. Den Pool benutzen wir ab und zu (eher selten) selber, ist aber für unsere Gäste immer offen. Es gibt auch eine Grillstelle auf unserem Land (Holz wird zur Verfügung gestellt).

Nice apartment, 50m2 + garden 30m2. View on the lake and mountains. Shared warmed swimming pool from the 1st of May till mid september. A double bed, an extra bed (materass on the floor). The apartment is next a sport field and a playground. 14km from Lausanne (15-30 minutes by train) and 10 from Montreux. Beaches at 10 and 20 minutes walk. 2minutes from tiny railway station and facilities (supermarket,etc) No car park in the residence, but easily around (paying)
