We have 4 Einfach Apartments which varies in orientation .These lofts have a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a well-equipped kitchenette with a large table for dining or working and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. These apartments have large windows which make the space look really open. The views vary from Besselpark to the north, Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz in the east, or sunny Berlin rooftops to the south.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien.
