Take a stroll down to the Pier where you can experience the water up close.

Spruce Tops is a single family cottage, situated near the mouth of New Harbor. You can hear the ocean waves and the bell buoy. Enjoy your coffee on the screened in porch watching the boats coming and going. A well equipped kitchen has an island eating area, the comfy living room has a ceiling fan, as does the master bedroom, with a queen bed and french doors to the fully screened in porch. Bathroom equipped with shower. Owners located across street if needed.

My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and the beach. You’ll love the views, the location, the people, the outdoors space and the ambiance. Our cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We are located on a private road and offer use of community dock. Perfect area for kayaking and exploring or just relaxing and enjoying the ocean view.

Tall Spruce Cottage

Comfortable cottage in the rural town of Cushing, known for its natural beauty that inspired many of Andrew Wyeth's work including "Christina's World" and the Olson house. The cottage is on the same property as my home. The cottage is a one bedroom space with a full kitchen and bathroom. There is also a woodstove if needed during the colder months. Laundry is available downstairs.

The Boathouse is on Gilkey Harbor with western views over the Camden Hills and spectacular sunsets. Full use of dock directly in front of the boathouse. Full beachfront access & many acres to explore! LGBT friendly. Harbor tour can be arranged at an additional cost.
