The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Dog friendly and close to both downtown Beaufort and Parris Island. Fenced in back yard for our 4-legged guests! Fire pit, gas grill and 2 bikes available (just text us for the bike lock). Just a short ride to the Beach Club Amenities and multiple beach entrances. Amenities cards are offered to guests as an additional expense, if desired, but they aren’t necessary to enjoy the serenity of Fripp.
