Susila's place is perfect for group and couples stay , I loved very much her delicious breakfast , this place is so comfortable for our group , place is situated near to town it may helps a lot for our work .beach also very near to the property it takes only 5 minutes to reach to the beach . Susila helps to our work also , finally Susila is a nice host and the place also very beautiful and stylish , highly recommended this place for those who likes to visit Negombo , thanks again Susila for your kind hospitality .

Dishan et sa famille ont été particulièrement attentifs lors de notre séjour, afin que celui-ci se déroule au mieux. Le logement correspond tout à fait à la description faite, il est situé à une centaine de mètres de la plage, le restaurant attenant est excellent. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir vous saluer Merci pour tout Frédérique et Éric

appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

We spent a night and a half here. Very flexible check in as we arrived at 4 in the morning. Very children-friendly place.

Room was okay, a little worn and not 100% clean, but still worth it. Super friendly and responsive host !

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, die Lage nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und einigen Restaurants/Bars entfernt. Ideal vor oder nach einem Flug. Hervorzuheben sind die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Magdalin und ihr Mann – danke für die Unterstützung bei unserer Weiterreise!

We had a great time and Chathu was very responsive and helpful in his communication. The pool was nice, the Fitness room a little limited in its equipment but great to have something at all! The neighborhood is nice to arrive at or leave from Sri Lanka and the room feels very luxurious for local standards. It was a energizing stay before our trip back to Germany.

Die Unterkunft war ideal für uns geeignet. 4 Freunde die kurz nach der Ankunft in Sri Lanka entspannen wollen bevor wir ins Landesinnere gehen. Nur Liegestühle haben uns gefehlt, ansonsten top!

Just what we needed for our week-long workation during a visa run! The apartment had everything: well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, good shower, and plenty of space for yoga. The table and couch made working easy, and the balcony was perfect for sunset views. For us, the biggest plus were the strong Wifi and the big enough pool for swim training. And being right at the beach in a great location just made it even better. Would definitely stay again!

Die Poru Beach Villa hat in vollem Umfang den Zweck für unseren Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten erfüllt. Da wir viel auf Erkundungstour von Negombo waren, haben wir fast nur die Nächte in der Villa verbracht, welche durch die Klimaanlage und das tolle Fliegennetz sehr angenehm waren. Man hat durch die vielen Mitfahrgelegenheiten jederzeit die Möglichkeit schnell in die Stadt zu gelangen - laufen geht natürlich auch, wird mit der Dauer bei diesem Wetter aber wirklich anstrengend. Trotzdem ist man direkt am Meer, was einem sofort ein wirkliches Urlaubsgefühl gibt, sobald man von der Dachterrasse schaut :)

Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and affordable beachside retreat, look no further. Thank you, Upul, for making our family vacation so special!

The service at Villa Sanara is exceptional, and we can not speak highly enough of it. From Sam's super responsive correspondence in the lead up to the trip, collecting us at the airport at 4am, to Sandun's personal tour services and taking us in to Colombo to replace broken luggage. We were so impressed that we asked for assistance with arranging the rest of our Sri Lankan trip and a personal driver, which Sandun willing provided. The food prepared by the chef was delicious, and all our requests (mangos, guava, papaya, as well as Sri Lankan food suitable for kids!) were met. The kids loved the pool and the sunsets over the ocean were great.

Shilpi is a wonderful host. Even though I didn't get to meet her in person, she had everything set up for our check-in and was very active in responding to my queries.. The apartment is beautiful, very peaceful and is equipped with the basic necessities. The terrace opens to a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will consider this place during our next visits. Thanks!

Locuința noua si curată, priveliștea foarte frumoasă, iar propietarul un om deosebit care a făcut tot ce a putut sa mă simt bine. Mulțumesc Mr. Ridley Soysa!!!

Vi skulle bruge lejligheden til overnatning inden hjemrejse. Hvilket den var rigtig fin til. Dejlig beliggenhed i forhold til lufthavnen, vores husvært var behjælpelig med at arrangere taxa. Smuk udsigt, gode spisesteder i nærheden.

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay and Nimanthi was excellent. From the moment we arrived she made sure that we had everything we needed. She organised transport for us and gave us very good suggestions what we could do. Her homecooked food was delicious and she also catered for our young children very well. The house was spotless and its location is beautiful, very peaceful and just what we needed to recover from the long haul flight. Beach right in front of garden from where you can walk to the rock pools. The dogs Bertie and Stella were great companions and our children loved having them around. All in all a great stay especially if you want somewhere to chill out.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt. Wir waren an unserem letzten Tag vor dem Rückflug dort und Binethra war sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten nach dem Checkout noch den Pool, die Dusche und die Umkleide auf der Dachterasse nutzen und unser Gepäck sicher aufbewahren lassen. Sehr praktisch!
