There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away, with bus services to Skipton, Settle and Malham.Please note the kitchen/bathroom are separate from the annexe & are accessed via a separate door directly next door.

Stepping Stone View is located in the beautiful village of Gargrave, overlooking the River Aire. The village has a handy shop, 2 pubs, tea room and Indian restaurant all within a couple of minutes walk. Situated on the Pennine way the village has great access to the Yorkshire Dales with Malham a 15 minute drive away. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 king-size and a twin. Downstairs you will find a cosy lounge with log burner leading to the kitchen diner. There is a generous garden with a seating area.

Embsay is a quiet village with Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn, and Grassington; famous for All Creatures Great and Small, all within easy reach. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs and a steam railway station. In the Weaving Shed of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The small rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * Shed End and my other place, The Workshop, are in the same building.

The 1845 Menagerie is a one bedroom apartment located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is situated on the ground floor of a terrace property and is all on one level. There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. Several early morning opening cafes are nearby and Marks and Spencers Simply Food is just around the corner. I live across the road so I am on hand if you need anything

Swallows Nest was newly opened in Oct '22 and renovated to a very high standard. It is nestled in the quiet hamlet of Thorlby, just a short distance from the market town of Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. Come and take in the stunning views on your doorstep, watch the many garden birds visiting the feeder as you sit and have your morning coffee on the patio. The only thing you can hear is 'quiet'. The hardest thing you will have to do is decide what you want to see or do.
