'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

A spacious lodge, with private entrance, in the large garden of a family home near the seaside village of Knott-End-On-Sea . Free range eggs from chickens in the garden and a trampoline are available Located very near the sea, you can stroll down the front to village cafes, pub, shops, golf club and a short ferry to Fleetwood. Easy access to Preston, Lancaster & Blackpool by car/bus. Manchester is around a 45m drive. We're often available to advise. Info on local amenities & activities provided.

This is the perfect base for cycling or rambling along the coast or into the countryside along with exploring the historic surroundings.
