It is about 20 minutes from the first boulders of the famous Brione Boulder area.

La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Su prenotazione dispone di servizio di prima colazione, pranzo e cena, oltre a boat-renting e taxi boat limousine.

Euer eigener Weiler: 2 Rustici an der Verzasca

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Grazioso rustico in un piccolo nucleo di Gerra Verzasca. Ideale per massimo 2 persone. Disposto su tre piani. Al pian terreno troviamo la cucina con camino e tavolo da pranzo. Mediante scala a chiocciola si raggiunge il primo piano dove è situato il salottino con accesso al balcone. Sempre al primo piano troviamo il servizio wc con doccia e lavabo. Nel sottotetto all'ultimo piano vi è la camera da letto/studio.

Lost in the forest but at only 5 minutes walk of the parking place, a cable car (just for your lugages) is helping you on your arrival. To reach the chalet you have a 5 min walk. The place is very quiet and surrounded by the beautiful swiss Alps. Animals are welcome.

Die beiden Original Rustici liegen etwas ausserhalb von Frasco in einer Waldlichtung. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. PP`s auf dem Grundstück. Das Grundstück umfasst die beiden Häuser, eine grosse Spiel- und Liegewiese und den angrenzenden Wald. Die Häuser sind gut eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer haben Bad/WC oder Dusche WC. Gäste WC im Haupthaus.
