Just a four minute walk to Hopkins Landing, where a dock and sandy beach await. It’s the perfect place for kids of all ages (and their dog!), to play or just relax!

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Our property is within walking distance to so many amenities: Public Transit, Gibsons Park Plaza and all the Restaurants & Storefronts along the 101 Hwy. Enjoy staying in The Shanty under the Starry Night Sky!
