Enjoy a side yard, deck seating, and lake access (weather permitting). The private dock is located across the street from the main house. Guests may bring their own boat; no boat is provided. Basement (1st floor with french doors on front of house) is not accessible to guests, it is storage only.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.
