Escape to The Hideaway Stanthorpe, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom cottage in the heart of the Granite Belt wine region. Perfect for couples, families and weekend getaways, this peaceful stay is just a short walk to Stanthorpe’s town centre, cafes and central to the region's wineries. Featuring a unique mezzanine master bedroom, modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, cosy wood fireplace, outdoor fire pit, front verandah and spacious deck perfect for relaxing under clear star-filled skies.

Our Stanthorpe House

Our Stanthorpe House is our home away from home. We specifically chose this house for the abundance of space, so that when we escape the city life we do feel free! There is plenty of room to relax. It’s your choice on what you choose to do. We are a short walk to town, Red Bridge and Quart Pot Creek. Visit the giant thermometer [yes that is a thermometer!]. We will send you some information on our favourite places to visit. Note that we do offer discounts on bookings of 2 nights or more.

Beautiful large comfortable leather lounge where you and family/friends can gather and relax or use as your base as you explore the Granite Belt region. Free WIFI. Ramp access. Only 10 minutes south to Stanthorpe & 30 minutes north to Warwick. Well behaved pets on prior approval (max 2) :-)

Our house is situated in a great position just a few minutes walk to town, cafes, parklands, Quartpot creek, The big thermometer and tourist info centre. Can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 b/rooms.This can be 2x queen b/rooms and a double b/room or a room with 2x single beds.The house has air conditioning and a fireplace so you won’t be cold. Some firewood is supplied. We have a lovely terrace with views of Mt Marlay and the town. plenty of off street parking. Dog friendly. Up to 2 dogs.

Just a short 3 minute walk to the main street - you'll find coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, bottle shops, 3 supermarkets and local country stores. 50 wineries and breweries throughout the Granite Belt, all within 25 minutes. Our Romancealot log cabin has an amazingly comfortable queen sized bed which you can curl up in and watch the stars in the night sky through the skylight above. A full sized BBQ kitchen, dining area and daybed for relaxing & unwinding with a book and a glass of your favorite wine. Relax in the western red cedar hot tub while soaking up the warmth of the water and the sounds of nature and feel your troubles drift away.

Stroll along a country road to visit wineries, cafes. and what the Granite Belt has to offer. For the avid cyclists, link into the Granite Belt Bike trail or just relax on the deck.

Lane’s End Cottage - cosy farm stay

Drive to the end of the lane, wend your way down the poplar lined driveway and find yourself at Lane’s End Cottage, your home away from home in Broadwater, less than ten minutes from the town of Stanthorpe. The cottage is situated on a 42 acre farm, close enough to town that you can pop in easily to enjoy cafes, festivals and a bit of shopping - but far enough away that you will feel you really have escaped to the country.

You will love this place because of the country location, open space, fresh air and fantastic sunrises and sunsets. The Summit is a short drive north of Stanthorpe where you will find the nearest restaurants and boutique shops. Great wineries and attractions nearby up to 40 min drive. Drive yourself, book a taxi or local wine tour to get around during your stay.

Your perfect weekend getaway ! What to expect? The cabin is a small space designed to be cosy but has everything you need for a weekend away. With an indoor wood heater, private outdoor spa, kitchen and access to farm walks, it is your perfect base for exploring the Granite Belt. Your furry companions are also welcome.
