Perfect for twitcher and wildlife enthusiasts, you may even catch a glimpse of an otter and seals! This is also an ideal launch site for your own kayak/canoe/SUP to just paddle around. From here you can also explore the rest of the island and mainland at your leisure.

'Beau Vallon' offers its guests a unique and comfortable base to explore the delights of the west coast of Scotland. Sleeping a maximum of 6 people this holiday home is a detached dwelling nestled in the wonderful highland village of Glenelg. With a well equipped modern kitchen and a large bay view window in the lounge you can entertain and relax soaking up the vista.

Spacious cabin with lovely views across the water to the hills Located in a quiet area. Close to all amenities,only 7 miles from the bridge Private space with parking. Breakfast supplies include,eggs,cheese,cereal,fruit,juice,bread,butter,marmalade,tea,locally roasted coffee,milk and oatcakes Please note,google maps is incorrect for the last 100 metres. At bottom of junction turn left (not right as directed) Then first right 30m after Ardcana sign Parking 15 metres down drive on left

The Cabin With a View

A spacious cabin which is within walking distance to all local amenities (swimming pool, shops, restaurants & bars). It is approximately 10 mins walk to the nearest bus depot & local train station. Ideally situated for exploring the hills and mountains round about. The bridge to the Isle of Skye is only 1 mile away and the hills of Kintail are within easy reach at about 15 miles. The quaint, picturesque village of Plockton is close by and the historic Eilean Donan Castle 8 miles away.

Allt Beag Huts are located on a small hillside croft, just a 20 minute drive from the Skye Bridge. They are both clad in traditional Larch with central heating and double glazing to ensure comfort all year round. In the luxury of your own hut you can soak up the views from your private outside decking, or from the comfort of the lounge with the large windows, giving you picturesque panoramic views. A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.

Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.

Within easy walking of Dornie and the world famous Eilean Donan castle; while Skye and North West Coast of Scotland highlights are within easy reach. Duich Cottage is situated in the picturesque and tranquil village of Ault a`Chruinn on the shores of Loch Duich. The cottage is ideally located with easy access to Kyle of Lochalsh and the Isle of Skye as well as the charming villages of Kintail, Glenelg, Dornie and Plockton. The village of Dornie is home to the world famous Eilean Donan castle which is only a 10min drive from the cottage.
