This property is a small duplex with a private yard. The entrance is a shared space, you are welcome to use the left half of the shoe rack/coat hooks. Once in the entrance you'll see the door to the apartment which has an electronic lock on it. (code will be sent 24hrs. before check in) Apartment has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. Welcome to the Cottage at Cypress Lake! Relax with the whole family at the cottage just 15 minutes away from Statesboro, GA and Georgia Southern University. This newly renovated one story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage sleeps 8, and has a spacious living room. There is plenty of room to gather inside and outside. Outside areas include screened porches, an outside eating area, gas grill, fire pit and kayaks for you to enjoy. Please note that this is not an event venue.

Guest House

Guest house with one bedroom available. I occasionally live in the guest house to ensure everything is in working order. You will have the Guest house by yourself when you rent. I live full time in my Main house. Very private. I also have a nine year old female Lab, gentle, sweet dog. This property in rural, but only 3 miles from Jesup. I need a day's notice to ensure the guest house is ready for you. Rent is based on 1 or 2 guests.
