Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

This 3 bedroom/4 bed/2 bathroom home, built in 2021, features views of the River Derwent from the deck. Inside there is reverse cycle airconditioning (heating) in the open plan living/dining and automated heating in bedrooms to keep the Tassie chill away while you sleep. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, while the laundry has a washer & dryer for longer stays. We provide 50mbps fibre NBN and a giant 75" TV for movie nights. Past the second garage doors is a private narrow courtyard. Fast fibre optic internet, suitable for video or business, ensure the router is turned on in the studio. Off street free parking.

This 2 bedroom/2 story townhouse is equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is only a 10-minute drive from the Hobart CBD and the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA). It is a short walk (5 minutes) from numerous cafes and restaurants and a Woolworths supermarket. Public transport is conveniently situated on the main road (also a 5-minute walk away). The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas cooktop, and microwave. The bathroom is new and has a heated tiled floor.

A short taxi or bus ride to the city. We do have wifi. off street parking is available within the premises
