A beautifully converted, luxury 3 bedroomed country cottage in a stunning village setting. Stunning Dark Skies of the North Yorkshire National Park AONB and all within easy reach of the the gorgeous East coast towns and beaches. A few minutes drive to the beautiful market town of Helmsley and Malton, with all amenitites, cafes/restaurants. Michelin starred restaurants The Pheasant, The Star, The Black Swan and Restaurant Myse are a few minutes drive away and The Yorkshire Spa Retreat.

Sandside Retreat

Sandside Retreat is situated in the heart of Whitby’s Old Town, at the foot of the iconic 199 steps leading to the Abbey. ; whilst tucked away for peace and quiet. Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.

Summerfield Bungalow

Summerfield bungalow is located just outside the village of Hawsker, midway between Whitby & Robin Hood’s bay. The bungalow is private, detached, not overlooked & is spacious, bright with stunning views from every window. From the front you can see Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church approx 20 metres away & from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. The gardens extend to around a third of an acre and are secure.

The Tree House is a lovely detached property that has recently been converted. It has a cosy welcoming feel to it, positioned in a wonderful location in the North Yorkshire Moors in the peaceful, tranquil village of Grosmont. Outside the property is an ajoining decking area which has spectacular views over the moors and the local steam railway. Freyr is a charming 2-bed house located in the North Yorkshire fishing town of Whitby. The property sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms - a double and a twin both with en-suite facilities. One bathroom has a shower unit and the other has a bath with a shower over. The cottage is approached along cobbled alleys and/or up a series of stone steps. It is set in its own private back alley.
