There is a beautiful view from the cabin towards mountain range Fljótshlíð and Tindfjallajökull glacier. The cabin is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting South Iceland, it is located nearby many of the main attractions, like waterfalls, glaciers, black beaches and volcanoes. Built in 1923, Jakob´s House is one of the oldest concrete house on the Southern shore of Iceland and has been completely renovated.
