You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located villa. Our villa has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, 1 bathroom with a standup shower and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. There is a great variety of restaurants and shops just minutes away. In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier. Marco Island beach, which is one of the top beaches in the world, is only 20 minutes away. Please note we do not offer snorkeling gear.

If you like nature, sun, water, beach, boating, kayaking, and quality restaurants, this place offers it all. Goodland is a hidden Gem just off Marco Island. You can fish off your dock, launch your boat one street over or walk to 4 different Restaurants and Bar. Restaurants offer fresh caught seafood and live music, check schedule for in season and off season hours.

We renovated a key west style home into a modern beachy oasis. You can kayak, bike and boat to the beach right from the house! This safe waterfront neighborhood has tons of friendly people out walking, running, biking, dog walking, etc. The house is 1/4 mile to the beach as the crow flys. Beach entrances are 2 miles away. We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean. Stilt home. Don’t even need a car.

SWFl waterfront home with direct Gulf access

Private waterfront home in the quaint fishing village of Goodland. We are on a deep water canal with 40 foot of dock space to park your fishing boat, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and the 10000 Islands National Park. We have 3 marinas ,walking distance , to launch your boat and get gas. Our home has a 300 square foot screened in porch and a 450 square foot dock with southern exposure to watch the sunrise and sunsets . The Marco Island shopping and beaches are 5 miles away.

Less then 4 miles to the public beach access near the marco walk shopping plaza. Tiger tail beach is closer. Quiet and very peaceful but also close to all the fun places!
