Our group wanted to stay outside of the city and we found this fantastic beach house 25 minutes outside of Lisbon. Easy to go into the city for the day if you’d like. However there are great restaurants and a beautiful beach to relax at in Costa de Caparica. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, and the home was perfect for our group of 14. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

"¡Atención, intrépidos huéspedes! La vivienda era tal cual la veis en las fotos, ¡un aplauso para la sinceridad! ✨ Más limpia que quirófano y más ordenada que agenda de suizo. Ahora, aparcar de noche en Cascais... ¡es como buscar aguja en pajar con niebla! 😅 Uber es la clave, ¡y encima al bolsillo no le da un susto! 🚕 Para los que tenemos colegas de cuatro patas, ¡parques cerquita para que desfoguen! Eso sí, el paseo hasta ellos es un 'corre que te pillo' con los coches, ¡sin aceras, amigos! 😬 La puerta de entrada tiene su aquel, ¡como pasar por el ojo de una aguja! Y la escalera... ¡más vertical que el Elevador de Santa Justa! 🧗‍♂️ Eso sí, si buscáis la Quinta da Regaleira al lado, ¡aquí no es! Zona tranquila para desconectar del bullicio, ¡y eso se agradece!"

Ein tolles Erlebnis weil ich mich einfach sofort zuhause gefühlt habe. Wer voll ausgestattet seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte ohne das es ihm an irgendetwas fehlt sollte sich unbedingt für Teresa's Haus entscheiden. Habe hier in der Region schon etwas mehr Zeit in verschiedenen Immobilien verbracht und keine einzige war so echt beschrieben wie Teresa das macht. Danke an dich liebe Teresa für deine Wahrhaftigkeit. Ich liebe es wenn alles authentisch und echt ist. Solltest du diese Bewertung lesen ist meine Empfehlung: Entscheide dich für dieses Haus und es wird dich Glücklich machen😁😇

Estadia muito agradável, com a Anfitriã sempre simpática e preocupada com as nossas necessidades, dando também sugestões de restaurantes e actividades locais

Es un departamento agradable, se encuentra muy céntrico y tiene todo lo necesario. Es amplio lo que hizo que fuera más cómodo estar en familia. Tiene fácil acceso y encuentras lo necesario cerca.

Lovely, stylish little house, which expands perfectly to accommodate everyone. Ours was a winter stay and we were really cozy and had everything we needed. But hope to return spring/summer to make most of cute, very private patio, with seating area and showers. The property is really well equipped to eat in and nicely maintained; beds are comfortable, water pressure is good and the villa feels like a proper home. Ideal location to walk everywhere. Caparica is ideal for a beach break and to visit Lisbon, and even in winter its local shops and cafes are full of life. Beachfront is full of surfers, dog walks, runners and families out catching the fantastic sunrise or sunset. Hosts super helpful. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un incroyable weekend entre amis chez Pedro. Nous étions un groupe de 12 et la maison pouvait largement accueillir beaucoup plus de monde sans encombre. Nous sommes arrivés assez tard la nuit suite à un vol retardé et pourtant Pedro et sa maman nous ont attendu et accueilli avec un grand sourire (et un petit apéro qui a fait plaisir ;) ). La maison est à 10min en train de Cascais et une trentaines de minutes en taxi de Lisbonne. Pedro et sa maman ont été aux petits soins tout le long du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement le dîner portugais préparé par la mama : la table a été dressée avec gout, les entrées, la paella et la sangria ont été excellents et la cerise sur le gateau : ils nous ont préparé un gâteau d’anniversaire aussi bon que beau. Bref, le weekend était parfait, on recommande vivement et on reviendra sûrement. Merci à Pedro et sa maman !

Sonia and simon were great hosts. Very responsive, the house is beautiful. We didn't take time to explore the immediate neighbourhood, but the train station is very close by, probably 1 mile, walkable, with fast and frequent trains into Lisbon. We got an uber a couple of times to Praia Fonta da Telha which was stunning, was about 9 euros. The villa is stunning and the heated pool was great for our kids. All in all a great stay, fantastic access to Lisbon via the train and to the beaches.

Prez a été particulièrement attentionné: tout le nécessaire et même plus était à disposition dans l’appartement. Il a été très flexible, aimable et a à coeur de partager de nombreux conseils. L’appartement est bien équipé et tout à fait fidèle à la description. Je recommande à 100%

This Airbnb was exactly what my group was looking for! The house looked just like the photos, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Rudy’s mother, Sylvie, who kindly introduced us to the space. The pool and outdoor seating area were lovely additions, and having a walkable grocery store nearby was super convenient. Rudy and Sylvie were very responsive and made us feel truly welcome. We would absolutely stay here again—thanks for a wonderful experience!

We just got back home after a week at Mario’s and Tomasz’s place and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The location is great and the apartment has everything you need. The extra bathroom was a welcome luxury and we really enjoyed evenings on the balcony sipping wine. Mario and Tomasz were wonderful hosts. Mario welcomed us at the entrance to the building and explained everything. He also offered a lot of information on how to get around, what to do and where to eat. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay and were very responsive. There are some great places close by where you can get breakfast. Copenhagen Coffee Lab is just up the street with good coffee and some danish style breakfast options. We went to Instant Crunch twice to enjoy their back patio. Great breakfast and brunch options. Also if you are into coffee you have to go to Dramático, absolutely superb. Would love to come back.

Um lugar muito próximo à Lisboa, a redondeza é muito agradável, com mercado muito próximo e a praia fica uns 10 minutos talvez de carro. O espaço é bem decorado e privativo. Tanto a área externa quanto interna é exatamente o que eu procurava para escapar da cidade e passar um fim de semana tranquilo. Tem máquina de Nespresso, aquecedores e muitos cobertores. Certamente voltarei em breve.

Rafael foi muito prestativo e atencioso, atendeu todos os pedidos de ajuda, indicou espaços ao redor para refeição logo a nossa chega e a coisa mais marcante foi nos permitir ter um late check out, até a hora bem próxima ao nosso voo, que foi no turno da noite. Ficaremos eternamente grato pois não sabíamos aonde ficar para aguardar o voo. Recomendo

We had a great stay at Alfonso’s place. The location was good, only 10/15 mins from the airport and then 10/15 mins in an uber to the center. Ubers are very cheap in Lisbon so a great way to get around. Near Alfonso’s place there are plenty of restaurants and a really nice strip of restaurants called LX Factory. The apartment was clean and homely and Alfonso was a great hospitable host.

Our stay was very nice and enjoyable. We were able to Uber to Lisbon daily without any issues and the cost was very reasonable. Our host was very helpful with arrival and suggesting sites to see and recommending restaurants and tours. When I realized that I had forgotten to bring electrical outlet converters, they provided them right away. We would stay here again.

Nous avons séjourné 7 jours dans l'appartement de Daniel en famille avec ma femme et mes deux enfants (4 et 7 ans). C'est un logement idéal pour un couple avec enfants, les enfants ont une chambre séparée et les parents aussi. L'appartement est bien situé dans le quartier Alfama, proche de la Gare de Santa Apalonia et du métro du même nom. Il y a quelques commerces à côté de l'appartement, une pizzeria juste en face et un restaurant à 200m "Tapas 129" où nous avons bien diner, prix correct et les personnes très sympathiques. Autre point, l'appartement à un extérieur, ce qui est bien quand il ne pleut pas. Les seuls points moins bien c'est la rue de l'appartement qui est un peu bruyante, les voitures roulent assez vites mais rien qui gâche le séjour. Quand à Daniel, c'est une personne formidable, on ne l'a pas rencontré mais il a toujours répondu à nos messages et a été bien veillant.

Great staff for a great apartment in the city center. Close to all commodities, restaurants and tourist attractions, I wouldn't think twice if I need to book a place to stay for another trip in Lisbon.

La vivienda está en una zona ideal para visitar Lisboa. La casa está bien pensada le han sacado partido. El baño y la cocina están bien limpios y ordenado. Joana siempre atenta a todo . Obrigado

The house was located in a very quiet area which i loved. The house is very pretty and smells very nice. The house was spotless in every corner. I will for sure recommend and return.

Wir haben uns bei Nuno sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Woche in Lissabon, die Lage war perfekt und die Wohnung ist sehr charmant.
