The house has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and an enclosed terrace. The beach is 50m away, with a small dock, two SUPs, and sun loungers.

Villa Lavanda is located in Kandija bay, next to Artatore bay, 8 km from Mali Losinj. It is situated in front of the sea, in middle of pine trees and other Mediterranean vegetation. The beach (80 m) is mostly rocky, with some small pebble parts. Because of the sandy sea bottom, the sea in Kandija has a fabulous turquoise blue colour. Here you can enjoy the nature, the stars in the evening, the birthsong, the scents of Mediterranean herbs and the view on Lošinj bay
