We're close to the center of town, university, shopping plazas, hiking trails, Interstate 93 and ski resorts. State parks and Newfound, Winnipesaukee & Squam Lakes are easily accessible by car. Great base for hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, fall sand sculptures, leaf peeping, skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, biking and nearby ice castles.

Close to town and I 93, a rural paradise. You have your own driveway, private deck and your own firepit, with gorgeous views of hills and gardens. The bed is surrounded by two walls of windows-with shades. There is a Hearthstone gas stove, a leather loveseat, and a huge custom shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, blender, crock pot and electric skillet. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.

This private accessory unit is attached to our historic brick house, built in 1820. It's ~15 minutes to Hanover NH, and provides all the essentials—including coffee, laundry, air conditioning, and reliable internet. We are on a state route, three minutes to the interstate (I-91). You can walk to trails and a covered bridge over a waterfall.

This private studio space is located on our walkout basement level. You will have your own entry with a parking spot in our easy access carport. We are a 15 minute walk to many of the popular businesses on Main Street and there is easy access to I-93 for all the outdoor activities in the White Mountain region. We enjoy welcoming travelers to our town and are happy to field any questions you may have. Otherwise, we are very respectful of our guests' privacy.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
