Private secure parking without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony throughout the day. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom supplied with local guest soaps. Breakfast of home made bread and preserves, cereals, grapefruit, meats, cheese and yogurt. The 'Little house in the garden' is a small detached annexe with its own parking, located in the historic village of Grampound. Set in our garden, it has a peaceful aspect. You are welcome to use the lawned area of the garden if you wish. The house has been decorated in a simple light an airy way, with a slight nautical feel! Whether you are here for a holiday or down on business - we provide a private and peaceful place for you to stay. We won’t disturb you at all, but are here if you need us.

The Store is a converted barn in Grampound Road, a village lying amidst the rolling Cornish countryside. Centrally located in Cornwall, so an ideal holiday destination. Your totally self-contained ground floor accommodation includes a reception room where you are welcome to leave coats, boots and outdoor gear. The entrance to your accommodation leads off the reception to a kitchenette/utility room and through to a large hallway leading to private bedrooms, shower room and living/dining room.

Local attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles), Eden Project (4 miles), numerous sandy beaches and stunning coast path walks.

Acorn Barn a unique former cow house

Get away from it all with a cosy stay in a unique little barn conversion on a small holding with poultry, sheep and pigs. Acorn Barn sits at the end of its own driveway across a field set above a small CAMC 5cl. At night you may hear owls in the valley and the usual country noises by day from nearby working farms although the barn itself is double glazed and previous guests haven’t found any noises intrusive. You can see the railway line and look down on the duck pond and watch the poultry.

An 18th Century hidden gem, full of character

The Annex is a hidden gem nestled at the bottom of a private lane, surrounded by fields. Attached to the main family home but with its own entrance, the annex is very large with one bedroom, a kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom (located downstairs) and a well room! The house is nearly 300 years old and we’ve kept the decor light and spacious. There is ample room for two people or a small family. We have a large garden with lots of space and would love for you to enjoy it too.
