Voll sanierte Wohnung (75 m²) in geschichtsträchtigem Haus (ehemalige Kasernenstube aus dem 18. Jahrhundert) mit mehreren Wohneinheiten unmittelbar an der Stadtmauer mit Blick auf den Neuruppiner See. Die Zweizimmerwohnung befindet sich im oberen Geschoss (eine Treppe) und besteht aus einem großen Wohnbereich ca. 50 m² mit Amerikanischer Küche, kleinem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad gefliest mit Wanne und separater Dusche sowie Fußbodenheizung. Eine kleine Garage dient als Stellplatz am Haus.

Ferienwohnung in Außenlage

Die Ferienwohnung ist auf unserem kleinen, abseits gelegenen Bauernhof, wo wir und unsere Tiere wohnen. Sie passt für 2-4 Personen, eventuell aber auch für mehr, durch ausgezogenes Sofa, Gitterbettchen, Matratzen u./o. zelten draussen. Die Wohnung hat ein Südfenster zum Garten, wo manchmal Tiere weiden. Dort kann man auch entspannen und Lagerfeuer machen. Zur Badestelle sind es 10 Min. Fußweg. Der Fahrradweg "Spur der Steine" geht hier vorbei und ist schön zum Inlinerfahren und Fahrradfahren.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen. Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein. Diese zentrumsgelegene Unterkunft ist 5 Gehminuten von einer Badewiese, 10 Gehminuten von der Kulturkirche sowie dem Kulturhaus „Stadtgarten“ entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Uferpromenade, die Klosterkirche St.Trinitatis sowie die Fontanetherme.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
