Brilliant little apartment in a perfect spot—just a short walk to the lake and loads of great cafes. It was quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a short family break. Really comfortable and convenient. We’d happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here and cannot wait to come back! Jennifer is amazing as a host, quick responses and so helpful. She gave us a list of things we could whilst we were there which was so helpful. The apartment is so cosy and was spotless when we arrived. The holiday village is fantastic for kids. The swimming pool is easy to book online and the playroom is great for the younger ones. The restaurant is a bit on the expensive side but we were able to cook in the apartment, each evening. The double air fryer was super handy! We loved this place and genuinely cannot wait for another visit.

Such a beautiful apartment! We have never stayed in such a clean Air B and B, everything was absolutely spotless, from the bathroom to all the crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is gorgeous!! It’s so spa - like which was very appreciated after a day in the hills. To say it’s such a short walk to all the bars and restaurants Windermere has to offer we were surprised by how peaceful it felt. We will definitely stay again.

My wife, daughter, and I had a great time. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and tidy. Spacious living room for playing games around the dining table or watching a movie while stretching out on the sofa. Just a short walk into the main town of Bowness-on-Windermere, up a slightly steep hill but we are in the Lakes for walking. We all found it very relaxing and we’d be happy to come again.

Ian’s place was stunning in every aspect from the cleanliness right down to the location. This Air BnB is a real gem and perfect for exploring The Lake District. Ian is a good host who answered all of our questions. We loved it so much we booked an extra night. Would highly recommend a stay in this Air BnB, we will definitely return.

Kelly is a very friendly & helpful host, Beachview is a beautifully presented modern appt, very clean/tidy & comfortable a great place to relax and just a stones throw from the beach and Town centre, will certainly book again next year

It was easy to book and David promptly responded to the messages. Clear instructions were given for everything and were easy to check in. Everything was spotless and nicely organised. The house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. This place was the best Airbnb we stayed so far as it was complete with everything. We had certain bad experiences previously in other places but this one nothing to complain. Cozy and felt like home. Kitchen was complete with all the necessities. Rooms, bedding and bathroom was clean. Highly recommended and you won’t be disappointed with this place. Thank you so much David and keep up the good service. ☺️

Great location in the middle of Ulverston. Kitchen had everything we needed and when we needed to we pressed 'boost' on the heating controls and the house heated quickly. very cozy, homely house. Would recommend and stay again

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

A great stay from beginning to end. Clear instructions. Easy to follow and arrived in plenty of time to assist with our planning. Parking was a bonus and very welcome. The apartment was spotless, nice bottle and chocs to welcome us, together with milk for a brew. Great location, right in the middle of all the bars and restaurants. Bed was very comfy. Perfect location for exploring the seafront, directly opposite the gorgeous art deco Midland Hotel. Very spacious, clean apartment with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time in the area.

The apartment is beautifully appointed, clean and spacious. The location was peaceful, close to the centre of Bowness. It was perfect for what I was looking for with my family.

An Easter Break at The Beehive ,Grasmere. From clear communication & instruction, The Beehive was a perfect place to spend the Easter Break in the Lake District. Accurate description, spotlessly clean. Complimentary bottle of wine and a lovely fruit cake on arrival . The decor was lovely throughout & the apartment had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the communal garden space were lovely & an easy walk into Grasmere took us to some lovely eateries . Really enjoyed the Distillery & The Swan Hotel . Rather than use the car we hopped on & off the regular 555 & 599 buses to Ambleside, Keswick . They were so easy & cheap too. With a flexible check in & out and great communication we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will surely return . Thanks

Beautiful apparent with lots of things to do aroud. Very clean and organised and a very friendly hoast. Spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Overall a beautiful weekend away.

Our stay at Julie’s was absolutely lovely; the attention to detail was second to none, every room was spotless and looked fresh and new. The decor was very inviting and tasteful and the view out of the bedroom window was beautiful. The location was perfect- very peaceful and green. And of course Julie was ever so welcoming and kind and quick to answer any queries.

Judith was fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, proactive, helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, lovely spacious bedrooms and nicely finished bathrooms!

Another very pleasant stay in Allison’s flat in Penrith. It’s a perfect location in the middle of town, close to everything you need and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Clean, private and very quiet. Thanks again Allison.
