The huge balcony was a real highlight — spacious, sunny, and surrounded by greenery, it was perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The location is also fantastic: quiet, very green, and close to everything you could need. One of the best parts was the easy access to great local spots: Martin Auer bakery, known for its high-quality breads, sandwiches, and pastries, and two excellent coffee shops — Tribeka and COR — both serving amazing specialty coffee. It really made every morning a pleasure!

Great apartment, close to supermarket and the train station. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. Parking spot is available. The host is friendly and kind. He text us for lost and found. Recommend the place.

A szálláshely azt nyújtja, amit a hirdetésben és a képeken ígér: nagyon kellemes, jó elrendezésű, tiszta és tökéletesen felszerelt, csendes környéken található lakást, aminek az értékét a nagy terasz is emeli. Közlekedési szempontból is szuper: buszmegálló gyalog 1 percre, a saját autó pedig biztonságos helyen parkolhat a bejárat mellett. Carina figyelmes és segítőkész házigazda, bármilyen kérdésre nyitott és gyorsan válaszol. Jó szívvel ajánlom az otthonát mindazoknak, akik belekóstolnának Graz forgatagába, de szeretnének estére egy nyugodt, kisvárosi környezetbe hazatérni.

Es war alles bestens. Ruhige Lage, leicht Parkplatz zu finden. Die Wohnung war gross und praktisch. Bequemes Bett. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt.

Прекрасные апартаменты. Интерьер красивый, книги, музыка, много предметов в квартире интересных. Местоположение очень удачное. Терраса великолепная. Ну и звон колоколов из соседней церкви дополняет шарм этого места. Всем рекомендую!

We had a wonderful stay at Matthias Airbnb apartment! The apartment was clean, very well equipped with everything you could need and cozy. We especially liked the balcony with a beautiful view of Graz. Matthias was a great host, responsive to any questions I had and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-tree. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Graz. Es gibt eine Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Hof, man sollte eine Notiz mit Wohnungsnummer im Auto lassen. Bus und Tram sind nahebei - in Graz sicher die einfachste Möglichkeit sich zu bewegen. Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben.

The apartment had all amenities as described and Judith was quick to respond to all our questions prior arrival. This was especially helpful when traveling with our baby. We felt right at home and were able to care for our baby as we would have at home. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The blackout blinds were extremely helpful when adjusting to the new time zone. The area is quiet, Lendplatz and downtown are within a walkable distance. There are tram and bus stops nearby too. Overall we enjoyed the stay a lot.

Wir waren zu viert da, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sodass alle genug Privatsphäre hatte. Hauptplatz/Zentrum/Uhrturm etc. fußläufig ca. in 15min super erreichbar, also super Location, aber dennoch etwas abgelegen und ruhig. Alles top :-)

Claudias Wohnung ist in einer herrlichen Wohngegend zwischen viel Grün, Villen und herrschaftlichen Häusern am Ruckerlberg. Wunderbar und schön ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Bad ist prima sauber und modern mit großer Dusche. Insgesamt hatten wir zu zweit reisend üppig Platz. Da Graz ein sehr strenges Parkregime hat, ist es empfehlenswert, das Auto für den Weg in die Innenstadt nicht zu benutzen. Denn in der Stadt sind die Parkplätze rar und teuer. Von der Wohnung kommt man in 10 min zur Straßenbahn. Dort ist auch gleich ein Bäcker/Cafe von Martin Auer. Hier waren wir frühstücken. Herrliches Angebot! Und reichlich Personal. Wer in die Innenstadt laufen möchte, muss nochmal 10 min investieren. Aber der Fußweg lohnt sich. Rundum eine sehr gute Wahl.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

We hebben het verblijf gebruikt als tussenstop tijdens onze reis naar Kroatië. De bedden waren keurig opgemaakt en alles was goed schoon gemaakt.

The place is great. You can see whole city from the terrace. Lot's of lights in the living room. You can find here everything you need for your stay. We were there almost month, so changing the towels and bedding on request. Mr. Andreas is a great person who will help you with anything.

Everything was just like on the photos. Very comfortable, clean and cozy place. Easy-going communication with the host. We recommend the accommodation 100%!

Viktor was very welcoming and the communication was smooth. His apartment is spacious and located just next to the university. I stayed 10 days and would surely be happy to stay again next time I will be in Graz.

Schön, wenn die Fotos und die Wirklichkeit übereinstimmen! Eine nette Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist mit allen Notwendigen ausgestattet und es gab sogar eine große Kaffee- und Teeauswahl, sowie einige Softgetränke - sehr nett und vielen Dank dafür! Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist auch dabei. Die Straßenbahn ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und man ist in ca. 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Ein lauschiger Biergarten (Gastgarten) ist gleich gegenüber und zum Schloss Eggenberg spaziert man in 15 Minuten. Wir haben uns in Klaus Wohnung sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie beim nächsten Graz-Besuch wieder buchen.

Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Simon & Yanet's Unterkunft sehr passend. Ein angenehmer, grosser Raum mit Küche, wohligem Bett und viel freiem Raum. Die Wohnung hat viel Stauraum für das eigene Gepäck, ist angenehm warm (Winter) und in keiner Weise überladen. Stimmige Details wie farbige Glaskugeln in den Fenstern haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr gefallen. In unmittelbarer Nähe das Kunsthaus, eine Bäckerei und das Bad zur Sonne mit Wellnessbereich, die Altstadt liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt... Perfekt.

Milena war immer gut zu erreich und hat zeitnah geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet mit allem was es braucht. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Komme gerne wieder.

Eva und Daniel waren für uns für Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gemütlich. Die Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe zum Haus ist sehr praktisch. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin alles war top! Immer gerne wieder!
