Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and off grid and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have sole use Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate dogs as we’re a working farm with livestock and our own working dogs

The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The property is known as the Long Shed, for no better reason than it's nice and long! It sleeps two, but there is plenty of space for you to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons. There is a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom, a hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture out on the patio, and the views are fantastic. If you fancy getting away from it all and enjoying some peace and quiet, some space and lots of countryside - the Long Shed is perfect.

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
