Little House on Dawson

This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm)

Riverside Park Cottage

Our cottage is located on 40 riverside acres where we farm cattle within the quaint Nabiac village. Newly completed, this modern and stylish cottage boasts expansive views over paddocks and the river. Guests may decide to stay and enjoy the quiet farm life or use it as a basecamp to explore the local area. In a short drive, guests can explore pristine beaches and country markets. Or stay in Nabiac and enjoy great cafes and local shops. Your stay includes afternoon tea and a breakfast basket.

The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

ZALA is Anna Bay's modern coastal guest house with breath taking views over the ocean, tucked away in the prettiest quiet pocket of Anna Bay. Palm Cottage

Do you need a place to relax and unwind? In a quiet location with a garden outlook? Palm Cottage is located close to the lake and is a great base to explore vineyards, mountains, beaches, the city of Newcastle and so much more. Spacious open plan accommodation, 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, modern bathroom, kitchenette, 2 living areas, dining area and indoor/outdoor sitting areas and WiFi. Laundry is available on request. Single bed available on request. Ollie our whippet loves a pat.

The Loft Morpeth

Please note: Our base rate is for 2 guests and includes access to only one bedroom (the upstairs Super King bed). The second bedroom (downstairs Queen bed) will remain locked. If you require both bedrooms for 2 people, please update the number of guests to 3 adults (covers additional room charge) Selecting infants or children will not unlock the second bedroom as they stay for free. Alternatively selecting 3-4 adults automatically opens the second bedroom.

Silver Gums Farm Stay your home away from home

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Spectacular views over our farm and sunsets over the mountain range. only minuets off the Pacific hwy . The guesthouse is fully self contained. You are only minutes to cafes in Nabiac and 25 minutes to the beaches in Forster or you may like to play some tennis or you may like to just relax in the peace and quite and enjoy a glass of wine. The glass front fireplace when its cold is a lovely touch.

Cape Cottage Bird Garden

Idyllic rural setting in Forster backing on to Booti NP, just 10 minutes from town. Nature lovers, birdwatchers, photographers and romantics will be enchanted by the views and their surroundings. Situated on our 3.5 acre property at Cape Hawke, you can wander the gardens, wetland and rainforest creek or sit by the little lake and soak up the views. You can access the bush trail to Seven Mile from the cottage gate, an easy 25 minute walk.

‘Little Kilgour’ Guest House is perfectly located between the spectacular coastline, the ‘Eat Street’ precinct in Darby Street and The Junction Village boutiques, shops and cafes, all within walking distance. It is only a 200m walk across Empire Park to the beach and a bit further along to great surf breaks and ocean baths. Walk along the Bather’s Way from Bar Beach to Merewether or up to the ANZAC Memorial Walk and into Newcastle city.

Campbell’s Cabin, Seal Rocks

Our restored and retro beach cabin is set off the main road, overlooking the beautiful bushland setting and just minutes walk to idyllic beaches. We have two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom is runs off bedrooms one. The cabin has reverse cycle AC is ideal for a relaxed family beach holiday. Its only small but its has everything you need!
