My family and I enjoyed this rental while we celebrated my son's college graduation at Maryville College. This home is less than 10 minutes from the college and offers a warm, inviting environment for all in attendance. The hosts were clear on expectations and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely rent here again.

This was the second place I ever camped — the far campsite is epic, as is the cabin! Everything one could want, and incredibly responsive hosts. And the setting is mind blowing…just gorgeous.

I have never stayed at a more well stocked rental. If you forgot anything, no worries, she probably has it in the house! Joan left some very thoughtful, personal touches like having the heated blanket turned on for me when I arrived, a bowl of treats, etc. My favorite part is a tie between the gorgeous claw foot soaking tub which I used every night, and the beautiful view of the mountains from a large picture window. The location was really beautiful, and had a grocery store and multiple gas stations within a few miles of the house. The only thing that kept it from being perfect, was the spotty wifi, which is understandable in the mountains, but all the lighting was hooked to Google, so Google either didn't understand, or the wifi kept failing for the commands. It just seemed it took 5x as long to turn on a lamp, than simply turning the switch. I ended up unhooking the one in the bedroom during my stay. I would highly recommend this rental, and Joan is an amazing host.

Very clean and quiet home. Our stay was great we had beautiful views. Sadly we didnt spend alot of time in the home as we were visiting family. Great vacation home if you just want to relax and get away.

Having stayed in a number of houses on this street before, I knew it was a great location and in walking distance to town. From the start Kirk was very communicative and available to any questions or needs we had. The setup is a little different as there are two separate houses sharing common deck and outdoor space but only one of the houses has a full kitchen setup and you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another in the front house. Considering it was a "girls" trip it wasn't an issue for us but traveling with other couples it could be. Sitting outside on the deck, listening to the creek run is one of the best things about this property!

Tammy was an awesome host! The place was exactly what we needed after a few days of hiking the AT! I highly recommend it for a quick getaway!

This cabin has the best views by far of any that my wife & I have stayed in! I booked Patrick’s cabin as a quick getaway the weekend prior to our wedding to decompress and as a birthday present for my wife. The hosts were very responsive & the property was well represented from the website. My wife wants to come back for all anniversary’s and celebrations, so that should give you clear indications of how amazing it is! Please don’t overlook his recommendation of using an all wheel drive vehicle in his posting, you are off the beaten path at this cabin but you don’t feel like it with the excellent WiFi strength & amenities.

Don and Renie are top notch hosts! They have thought of everything to make your stay perfect-snacks, drinks, comfortable mattresses, ample towels, games, and even a frozen pizza in the fridge! Their mountaintop rental has a beautiful view of WCU campus with comfortable outdoor spaces for soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Don has excellent local recommendations and is a great source of information regarding Western Carolina University. We felt so incredibly welcome! We’ll be back!

Great place to stay and relax. The views are amazing and peaceful. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking.

I have lived in a lot of places over the past year while traveling for school, and this was the best of the bunch. Everything was great, including a clean comfortable space, available toiletries, efficient appliances, simple check in and out, amazing 10/10 mountain view.

This place was amazing and the backyard was beautiful. We had a blast. It's not too far from all of the restaurants and activities/attractions in pigeon forge. Takes about 30-40 mins to get to everything. The hot tub was the cherry on top. I 100% will be back !

We enjoyed this peaceful location. Felt like home with a lot of amenities, clean rooms and a great value. Would stay here again for sure.

My wife and I honeymooned here . The place was beautiful, spacious and clean . With a view that was TO DIE FOR. The last night we met Jose , we talked with him for a bit . Very very nice guy ! Between the views , the place in general and Jose’s hospitality we will definitely be back if ever in Maggie vally!! 100000 out of 10 all around amazing !!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect—super convenient to Maggie Valley, Cherokee, and Waynesville. The house itself is adorable, very spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with tons of outlets and phone chargers (a small detail we really appreciated). My husband initially made fun of the massage chair, but after sneaking in a session the first night, it became his chair for the rest of the weekend. Hopefully his snoring from downstairs didn’t keep anyone upstairs awake! Highly recommend this place—comfortable, charming, and in a fantastic spot.

Loved our love stay here as it felt like you a living in Appalachian safari because lots of deer, mink, peacocks, rabbits, eagles and more visited the property regularly. The river and surroundings offer the feeling or remote tranquility but the super fast skyline internet and town 5 minute drive away mean you are still close to civilization.

This is our second time staying at this location. We simply enjoyed the peace and quiet. The stream is perfect to sit on the porch and listen to. It was a wonderful relaxing weekend.

This place is a great stay for anyone looking for a place centrally located in the Cashiers/Sapphire area. Easy and scenic walk around lake Fairfield. Great Mountain View from back patio. Easy access to Sapphire National Golf Course. The place is very spacious with room to spread out for the whole family and it is equipped very well. Roland is responsive and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was well. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for four nights. The views from this home are more incredible than any picture could capture. We stay in many rental homes when we travel. This is the most well appointed kitchen we’ve ever used. Communication with the host was easy and rarely needed. Lots of great instructions on how to do things around the house. And the space was just simply beautifully decorated. I wanted to spend time with my family in a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. This home did just that! Thank you for sharing your home.

It was good overall but it would be way better after construction would be done and I do not recommend grandparents to go because of walking on the hills, but other than that everything was amazing!! Place was clean and tidy, had hood communication with Hollie and the scenery and weather really helped us made the trip better..

Julie’s Haven was stunning. My husband and I went for a much needed weekend away and the view is absolutely jaw dropping as soon as you walk in. It was the perfect amount of space with such thoughtful touches in every corner. Julie has really thought of EVERYTHING! She was so responsive with any question I had or concern. We are already planning next year’s trip up. So gorgeous and restful. We made a hike over to the view point and soaked that in and dreamed of having a view like that one day. Just book it. It is luxury in the mountains!

Four Sisters on a Tennessee vacation! We cut off 75 north onto Hwy 441 and it brought us right to Applewood Tavern adjacent to our Villa complex!! Beautiful drive! The villa is in a perfect location! 5 minutes to everything, Walmart, restaurants and much more! Dollywood 12 minutes! The villa is furnished so pretty! You will love the decor! The kitchen is complete! Very clean and supplied with extra towels and linens! Patio and front porch so accommodating!! Ceiling fans in bedrooms were a plus!! Perfect location!!
