The flat is within easy walking distance of the Cape Town Stadium, parks, the promenade, many buzzing restaurants, deli's, bakeries and the famous V&A Waterfront. The MyCiti bus stop just steps away gives quick access to the rest of the city. Within walking distance of the Green Point Park & Stadium, V&A Waterfront, Graduate School of Business UCT (GSB), gyms, restaurants, shops, deli's (Giovanni's being a favourite) and pubs. Apart from taxi and shuttle services being available, it is on the MyCity bus route. Ample street parking is available as well as a Free Public Parking Area across the street. It is only 2,6km from the CBD and Cape Town International Convention Centre-CTICC-approximately 5 minutes in peak traffic times. There are a few steps in the garden path leading to the apartment while the apartment itself is on one flat level with no internal stairs.

This first level of the house is accessible for exclusive guests use. I give my guests space but am available when needed. Restaurants and shops are close by, while the Central Business District and the V&A Waterfront are a long walk or short drive away, and Clifton Beach not much further.
