Clean, private entry, easy check in, great communication. Easy to find-as long as I put in the correct address-plenty of parking. No clutter, linens provided. Near downtown but I was there to offroad and it was less than 20mns from my destination so that was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Hot water-comfy bed and just the right size. Hubby and I were very happy with everything and highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay at Charla’s place. It was perfect. The backyard is relaxing and quiet. Loved the fire pit! The inside is decorated so cute and the bathroom is amazing! We will definitely want to stay again when visiting our daughter and son!

We had a very enjoyable relaxing stay in this cute little place. It was nice to be so close to the arena so we could go back and forth as needed. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcomed. She had waters chilled in the fridge as well as snacks waiting for us. We will definitely be back.

Very clean and well stocked condo/apartment. They supplied dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed’s were comfortable. The workout room was decent. People were friendly. It was safe and secure. The free coffee was so amazing! Lots of different options no need to run to Starbucks or 7 Brew! Great stay for a week! Thanks!

We had 2 couples staying here and it was perfect for us. All amenities we needed, and a perfect kitchen and comfortable seating area to relax. Restaurants, bars, and a microbrewery within a short walk. Private parking around back.

I moved into Nicks place while I was waiting for my home to be built. Communication was great and they were super flexible letting me extend my stay twice when the builder needed an extension on my new home. Everything was perfect and it near downtown Springfield and easy access to highway 65. I’d definitely rent from them again in the future.

Neyla's house was very nice. It was clean and uncluttered. We all enjoyed our entire weekend in Springfield! I would recommend this house to others (for up to 6 people).

This house is beautiful and perfect for a large group! It’s walking distance from a nice park that has a walking trail and a great playground for kids! We would definitely stay here again! I would highly recommend this house!

I had a great stay! The home was clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated being able to do laundry, and the snacks provided were a thoughtful touch. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even smoother. Would definitely recommend!
