I moved into Nicks place while I was waiting for my home to be built. Communication was great and they were super flexible letting me extend my stay twice when the builder needed an extension on my new home. Everything was perfect and it near downtown Springfield and easy access to highway 65. I’d definitely rent from them again in the future.

We had such a great stay here and they truly provided everything we needed! The house was so clean and we had a great experience staying here with friends while in town for an event.

Staying here was exactly what we were looking for. Our friend was getting a few miles down the road, and this was a perfect central local for us to base the groomsmen from for all our activities. Quiet, easy access, clean and a perfect base camp for us to launch out of throughout our week.

We lost our electricity due to our neighbor’s tree falling and Angela’s place was the only one that was allowing us to book the day of which was a lifesaver.

Tanya's place definitely goes on our favs list! From the quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood to the well-appointed living space and bedrooms, we were able to relax and feel right at home. The kitchen is great - love that deep sink and roomy fridge w/door water/ice available. The combined kitching-dining area has a welcome trio of solid, ample dining table space, counter seating, and desk side-seating if needed. The back deck area is a treat - well-maintained, roomy, and surprisingly quiet (and mostly private). The beds were comfy. All in all, I was wishing this had been a visit where we could stay more than one night, but we return regularly to visit our mother, so we are likely to book again - if available, which I imagine this sweet spot books easily and/or well in advance. Thank you for a delightful stay! (sidenote - I even had the joy of a welcoming committee of sorts: a neighbor's sweet dog who was cute, friendly, and ever-so-brief as I unloaded.

We loved our stay at the Madaline house! It's beautiful back yard was perfect for our pup. The home is so well maintained and very cozy.

Perfect location to fun activities and good food. Fenced yard was good for dogs.

We had a great time. Easy to find. Loved being able to park in the garage. Loved the plants inside and outside. Clean, comfortable place. Just what we needed.

Made us feel very welcome and at home! The place was very close to everything. Would definitely recommend!

She was an amazing host, meet us late at night to show us where to go and we had an amazing peaceful time at the camping spot we choose.

Our home away from home for 7 days was amazing! Very new and clean apartment style community! Loved the 5th floor gym, loft and game area! Very close to the mall and tons of eateries. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Springfield. Host were very fast responding and very accommodating for a minor adjustment we needed! My 17 yo son was impressed as well. He said he would live there🤗

Beautiful Home located in a very quiet area on a great property. Had a lovely stay!

Have been great host and we have used them quite a bit last couple months for our crews traveling in. They have all been extremely happy with the property and always request to get it again.

Denise's place was unique: had a nice workout room, plenty of sleeping space, lots of details and complete kitchen. The rooms were comfortable, the house was big, the outdoors was spacious: we used the outdoor fitpit, and chairs and tables. The pool looks amazing, but we were too early for that. Any questions or issues we had were quickly resolved by Denise and Andrew.

We had a wonderful stay in Ozark. This is a beautiful new home with all the amenities. It was easy to find and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this home over staying in a hotel. Andrew is quick to respond and made entry easy and simple. Five Stars!

Such an awesome place to stay! I wish we could have stayed longer! Very nice space with everything you need. Secluded area but close to a lot in Springfield. Highly recommend if you like a little bit of glamping!

The Troy Residence was just as described! Extremely clean and well stocked for our stay. The complimentary toiletries were much appreciated! The fenced in backyard and doggy door made for an easy stay with our dog. The primary bedroom closet is also spacious enough for a portable crib which made our stay with an infant very convenient. Instructions were clear and we hope to return for future visits to see our family in Springfield!

Stefanie was a great host! Very clean and cozy place. She was responsive and very helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed 2 nights at Brad's place and it was just perfect for what we needed. Brad was so easy to correspond with. The location was right in the middle of town, so it was easy to get anywhere. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice, comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient area with great location, close to restaurants and stores. 10 minutes to Springfield. Use of garage was helpful.

House just as described. Great location away from the hustle and bustle, but within minutes of just about everything you want and need. Great amenities. Will look for Dametra's house when we come back through again!

This house was perfect for our stay!! It was comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. The backyard was a great space to relax and play with our dog! We will be back!

Everything was great only stayed for a couple days definitely would stay again!
