Our host Maria was friendly, engaging, and authentic . Description of the home and photos were accurately detailed. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and there was lots of room to stretch out and relax in the home. There were snacks and beverages welcoming our family. We will stay again if in the area. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your nice, beautiful home.

Lovely home with tons of space. Washer/dryer were excellent, bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toilet paper, and the entryway keypads were very easy to use. The only issue we had with the house was the floors - they are very slanted in most parts of the downstairs (upstairs was fine). This would not be a good place for anyone with balance or mobility issues to stay, but perfect other than that.

Great place, very peaceful and Beautiful surroundings, close to my venue, I will book this location again, for sure!

Daniel's home was very comfortable and has everything we needed. The home was clean and met our needs for a family of 3. The hot tub was a great perk to have!

Probably the cutest most eclectic air b and b I have stayed in. The house was beautiful and the yard lovely. The beds were comfortable and the living areas was large enough for our group to spread out and feel at ease. Yellow Springs is a cute quirky town. We were there for a college graduation and it’s the perfect place to relax in between all the activities. Brittany is great, super responsive and knowledgeable about the area. I would stay here again

What a wonderful place to stay! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and storage areas, kitchen is top notch, loved the covered grilling area...immaculately kept grounds with beautiful farm view, peaceful, close to Cedarville University...great communication....it was the perfect space for graduation weekend!

We were in town for the WGI Championships held at UD Arena and other locations. Very close to UD and that was fantastic since we were in and out. Both my spouse and I needed to do work and the apartment was very suitable. The apartment building was quite charming despite the yard needing a but of attention - with spring rains the grass was in need of a mower : )

Floors on the main level are a little wonky… but this was a GREAT experience. Thank you, Stephanie!

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

We stayed here for one night while in town for a kids dance competition, and it was perfect for our needs. The location couldn’t be better—just five minutes from the convention center and nestled on a beautiful historic street lined with charming old homes. The space itself was clean, stylish, and exactly what we were looking for. Check-in and check-out were simple, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying with Ashley and Emily and we really enjoy staying at their place. Their home has everything we need and want, especially the kitchen. We walked around the boulevard one evening and met some of the neighbors, petted their cats, and petted their dogs. Everyone was especially nice.

We enjoy staying here when we are in the area. We are appreciate that our fur babies can stay with us.
