Creek Cottage is wonderful! It is very peaceful and private, but close to everything that Beavercreek and the surrounding area has to offer. The home is cozy and relaxing and we felt right at home. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Thank you for allowing us to stay here…it truly felt like home away from home!

Eric is a great host. I stayed for an extended period of time and his place had everything I could need. Comfortable, cozy, and the bike path right out of the backyard is very nice. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The house was absolutely wonderful! Extremely comfortable beds and a wonderful coffee bar in the kitchen. Rebekah was a wonderful host and very responsive! Any issues we had she addressed immediately and was so kind in her responses. If we are back in the area, we will definitely book again.

We were here to visit Cedarville University and we needed to bring our pets. Susan’s place was perfect for the animals and so so peaceful. We felt right at home and are looking forward to the next time we can come and visit! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Had a lovely stay they were very nice.

Place was nice and well kept. Allowed us in early to stock food.

My family and I had a terrific stay here! Lots to do, very clean RV with comfy beds and linens, everything we needed, nice A/C unit you can control the temp on, lots of firewood provided, and an awesome patio and fire pit area. Kids loved making s’mores on the fire. Tv is on an adjustable stand so that was a nice bonus too. Would definitely come back again in the future and stay for longer than 1 night next time.

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Everything was great! Will book again!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

This was our third stay at Troy’s apartment and hopefully wasn’t our last! The location works perfect for us and the accommodations meet our needs. Our mini schnauzer enjoys climbing the stairs and following us down the long hallway. Pictures posted in the ad are very accurate.

Great place for a getaway for the dogs super close to kings island. Attic space has very low ceiling but the rest of the accommodation and resort area were very warm and welcoming

Lovely home with a quiet location. Poured rain with heavy thunderstorms all weekend, but still very quiet in the home which was surprising & nice.

Laura’s place was great! Cute and cleanly! Very easy to find and safe. Laura also provided coffee, water, and snacks which was great when coming in later than expected. She also provides a helpful list of things to do and places to eat! Would absolutely stay again!

The apartment was perfect for my needs. Close to shopping and eating. My only issue isn't with the property, rather the booking process. They state that a "damage deposit" or insurance fee is required. Fair enough. When going through the process though, they don't give the option, and required a flat fee for the waiver. I would have given a $500 deposit, knowing that I would get it back, as I treat properties as my own. I felt like the fee was a money grab as I didn't have a choice.

It was the perfect place we could’ve chosen to spend the holidays with our family! We were visiting and we loved that this place was super clean and had all the amenities and supplies a whole family can think of. If you’re bringing kids, they’ll love the playground that’s is located just next to it. Easy check in & check out, and the host was responsive and friendly!
