A secluded, hideaway cabin with large landscaped grounds & private parking. Just 4.5 miles from the beach at Sheringham and 7 from Cromer. Situated at the end of our land so we are on hand to help but you will feel in the middle of nowhere. A well-behaved dog permitted but must be friendly with others as we have our own, a free range Lab. If you book then you have the offer of a free guided tour of our gardens, fiddiansfollies, which are open to the public and for charity on occasion.

The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

Our modern annexe provides a wonderful seaside base with free parking, which is a 2-minute walk to the cliff top, beach and 5 minutes to the town centre. The detached annexe offers stylish, comfortable calming accommodation in an idyllic peaceful and relaxing setting, excellent for couples. Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

Our 2 story annexe is attached to the end of our 1795 flint cottage. Regularly commented on in reviews - comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Popular for babies and children. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking with local farm shop nearby. Private patio, free parking, bike storage.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Bothy - spacious dog friendly barn

A light spacious barn conversion set in open countryside, 15 mins drive from the Georgian market town of Holt and the beach at Sheringham. Some noise may be heard within bedroom as bedroom from adjoining cottage is directly above. Set back from a small, quiet country lane in an area renowned for birdwatching, walking and cycling. Close to National Trust estates of Felbrigg and Blickling and country pubs at Wolterton (2.4 miles) and Itteringham, which also has a very good village shop/cafe.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.
