This enchanting North Valley 1-bedroom casita retreat is located in the beautiful Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque. The space is separate from the main house with it’s own private side yard and has all the amenities needed for comfort and privacy in a semi-rural area. Your host is very attentive, and is a former 5 star rated New York City Airbnb Super Host who is very interested in making your stay in The Village of Los Ranchos very comfortable and relaxing. Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 vanities and standing shower.

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

We are located on the popular corrales acequia (waterway) which you can walk/bike to the farmers market, bistros, wineries, breweries, shops and the Rio Grande Bosque and river. Our 500 sqft casita has all the amenities you need with the coziness of your own modern farmhouse. We live in the home next door and are happy to help with anything you need. No Oven/Stove due to Corrales Rules.
