Excelente departamento, muy cerca del centro, todo super limpio y nos ayudo mucho que tiene centro de lavado, 10 de 10 este lugar y Caro siempre muy amable en la comunicación.

Excelente lugar. Limpio y ordenado. Anfitrión muy atento y contestó rápidamente a nuestras dudas. Área muy tranquila y el edificio tiene gimnasio, piscina temperada y rooftop... Definitivamente voy a regresar...

La casa está en una zona tranquila, con garaje cerrado, espacios grandes. Yo voy a CR a trabajar y los hoteles me parecen fríos. Es una zona poco usual de turistas, pero vale la pena manejar 15 minutos más y quedarte en una “casa”, tranquila, con todo lo necesario para el día a día… Sin duda si los anfitriones me lo permiten volveré en mi próximo viaje.

El apartamento es realmente una experiencia bastante amena para la estadía en San José. El anfitrión siempre atento, con respuestas bastante rápidas y amables. La vista es increíble.

Absolutely loved the place. Beautiful home. Description was accurate. Keep in mind there is someone next to your space in the same building and you can hear them if they make noises (singing, whistling etc). This is in a small city so there are dogs that bark and can be heard in the house, sometimes during the night and early in the mornings. However, we loved the spot and would definitely come back if we are in the area. Great space for the 4 weeks we stayed there. A grocery store with essentials a short walk from the house. Aida’s sister Dinorah kept in touch and checked on us often. She does not speak English but with google translate l we were able to communicate clearly. Definitely recommend.

La casa es muy acogedora y hasta divertida con tantos desniveles. Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto lo cual es perfecto para los que necesitan pasar una noche en San Jose ya sea antes o despues de tomar un vuelo. La recomiendo

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

Our stay with Erin and Peter was outstanding. Their place was beautiful ~ we spent almost every evening watching the sunsets from their back patio. We enjoyed the hot tub and we loved that it was removed from the hubbub of Atenas but close enough to walk and enjoy the friendly and quaint town. Erin and Peter were the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had… super friendly and accommodating. Just truly kind and good people. Erin is a massage therapist and if you’re interested, you should definitely get a massage with her as she’s very skilled! We look forward to staying with Erin and Peter the next time we visit beautiful Costa Rica.

Definitivamente volveremos a reservar este departamento . Tiene todo lo necesario y la ubicación es Exelente. Es un Recidencial privado muy seguro y tranquilo.

Thank you for easy communication and flow - perfect spot to be for 1-2 nights in San Jose everything is near by. The only thing is the sound of the train that passes by since early morning and it honks when passing by so be ready to hear train honks since early

El apartamento es demasiado bonito una vista impresionante, aseado con utensilios a fácil acceso para mantener la limpieza, súper completo la cocina tiene todas las comodidades para la preparación de alimentos y una gran variedad de utensilios y muy espacioso la sala de estar y comedor son justos para compartir con libertad de espacio, por último y muy importante la atención de don Miguel es muy precisa, oportuna y muy cordial, brinda indicaciones claras y responde en tiempos cortos de espera. Sin dudar lo recomendaría el precio es justo y el lugar es muy agradable. Una particularidad es que en el condo las personas en general son muy respetuosas y amables.

Such a great place for two people. Very clean, it has everything you need. Bathroom was clean, it has shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Jason is very friendly. Always answering our questions on time. Very good place to stay.
