Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Guindulman

I've been using private homes in Philippines before, 3 or 4 times. This stay at Salome's place is by far the best. A beautiful home, clean, with all amenities you could ever wish for (tv, aircon, big living room, 2 large bedrooms, Netflix, patio, private beach with sitting area to watch the sunset, kitchen, yes even a house gekko! I cannot recommend this one too much. Only negative thing (if I must) is the lack of parking space but we managed fine anyway. It's near the road, so expect little noise on occasion, but as you close the door, all is gone and you can enjoy your stay there flawlessly with your family and/or friends. As the host, Salome was super friendly and warm, it might be because my wife is from the local area, but nevertheless Salome made sure we didn't lack anything and helped in all matters. 10/10 stay. If we ever go to Valencia, Bohol again, I won't choose elsewhere to spend my nights.

Este alojamiento fue simplemente PERFECTO. Pasamos una semana increíble. Te reciben los anfitriones que viven al lado, son los encantadores y estuvieron pendientes de cuidarnos todo el tiempo, también solucionaron todas nuestras peticiones al instante. La casa es espectacular, limpia, cómoda, con todo lo que necesitas, muy equipada, dos terrazas, sitio para la moto en la puerta, piscina bonita y bien cuidada. La ubicación nos encantó, está un poco apartada de la carretera principal con lo que te sientes en mitad del monte, tranquilo y silencioso. Pero estás cerca de todo, a mitad de camino entre las playas de Panglao y las Chocolate Hills. Tienes cerca varias cascadas, los Tarsiers, la ciudad, bosques, playas…actividades de sobra. Sin duda una gran opción para alojarse en Bohol y disfrutar de tus vacaciones, yo repetiría seguro. Gracias Melinda y familia!

Très bon séjour dans le logement de Michelle, il correspond parfaitement à la description et a surpassé nos attentes. Le fait de pouvoir bénéficier des services du complexe hôtelier est un vrai plus (restaurant, piscine, conciergerie, activités...). Le personnel ainsi que Michelle sont aux petits soins. La localisation est également parfaite, à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation si nous sommes de nouveau dans la région !

great place even if not beachfront. 20 mins away anda's beaches and 30 mins away the canumantad falls. host was very responsive and addressed all our needs. even got us an extra bed!

En fantastisk skøn oase ud til den dejligste strand. Vi var 8 mennesker samlet over julen & Level havde den bedste service som sørgede for julemad til os & bestilte scootere. Af hjertet tak for alt den hjælp & hurtig respons. Det var over alle forventninger. Jeg ville elske at komme igen - tak 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 ‘Rock Resort’ som ligger lige oppe af vejen serverer skøn mad, det er en anbefaling. Især deres Persian Salad!! Og byen Jagna havde alt hvad man have behov for. Stort supermarked, 7/11, Mcd & skønne lokale markeder med frugt, æg m.m

I felt like I was in paradise, the view from the balcony and the little private beach are breathtaking. Highly recommend renting a scooter while staying here to get into town and go on adventures. The lovely staff were super helpful with this and also helped call a trycicle for me on my check out day. Overall this is the most amazing beach getaway for those who seek peace but also a little adventure! Bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent :)

I loved that the house was just a few steps away from the beach - such a perfect location! It's ideal for big groups plan ing to visit Anda, with the market within walking distance. The caretaker was very accomodating and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a hassle-free beach getaway!

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.
