Forest Hideout

La cabaña tiene una gran terraza como espacio exterior adicional con un rincón de patio que incluye una mesa y una ducha exterior con vistas al bosque a través de una pared de cristal. Proporcionamos jabones orgánicos biodegradables, champú, acondicionador y productos de limpieza, así como toallas limpias, paños y un secador de pelo. Un tanque de propano a demanda proporcionará agua caliente para la ducha y la cocina, que incluye una pequeña estufa de propano nueva. El agua potable viene en excelente calidad directamente del grifo de un pozo de montaña de 250 pies. El retrete de compostaje tiene una gran vista del estanque y está provisto de papel higiénico y musgo de turba. Está a tiro de piedra de la cabaña y hay linternas disponibles, además de luces solares y antorchas a lo largo del camino. Galiano Cabin Hideaway

Located on Galiano Island, British Columbia about a 10 minute drive from Sturdies Bay. It is perfect for family and friends. There is one double bed, one sofabed, a dining space, a wood stove for heating along with baseboard heaters, a washer and a dryer, a complete kitchen and full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a second bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor with its own private entrance. There is parking space in front of the cabin for a maximum of two cars. With large windows, this cabin has a superb view that overlooks the lush Galiano forest and even further with ocean views to the mainland. There are two decks. One covered front deck with deck chairs and a hammock to lounge and look out over Galiano. The rear deck is nicely secluded with a hammock, small bistro table. It is a 5 minute drive from the nearest beaches, food stores, and shops, and just a 10 minute drive to Montague Harbour Marina Beach and Campsite with moped, kayak, canoe, and boat rentals. There are a number of dining opportunities, cafes, and restaurants close by. The Galiano Cabin Hideaway is unparalleled. It is ideal for friends and family seeking relaxation. There is a 2 night minimum requirement.

Ravens Ridge is an extremely unique piece of property, set in a sunny clearing within our own forest we have a quiet and relaxing environment. Surrounded by wildlife this is a peaceful haven to artists, photographers, authors. However we also have great kayaking within 5 minutes walk, quiet roads for cycling, we have our own 18 hole disc golf course, hiking trails, fishing, swimming beaches, bays for wake boarding and other watersports. Ravens Ridge and Mayne Island has something for everyone!

Rosie's Studio

Rosie's Studio is a very special place decorated with original paintings by the late Salt Spring Island artist - Rosemaria Behncke. This large, unique cottage/studio is situated on a 25 acre farm in the peaceful south end of beautiful Saltspring Island, close to parks, beaches, Fulford Shops and the Ferry Terminal. Relax in this quiet pastoral setting and enjoy the sweep of the ocean out to volcanic Mount Baker. We welcome families with children and pets. Update: Emily the duck has passed.

With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
