This listing was beyond beautiful!! Yohani has taken her time and put thought into her home. I was shocked to find basic cooking needs and accommodations like cold water and even little bags of cereal. She's thought about everything. We had a bit of trouble finding the house BUT Yohani was quick to respond and very attentive. Definitely whenever we come it'll be our house to stay at 10/10.

Mis padres quedaron satisfechos con el lugar, muy limpio ordenado y justo con las cosas esenciales que se necesitan en un lugar como ese, como una cafetera, labadora, secadora y otros detalles más importantes que son muy necesarios. Un precio justo y comodo para los días que mis padres necesitaron pasar alli. Se los recomiendo y una vez más, muchas gracias Roxana por todo.

Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien, el lugar sin duda es lo que buscábamos: privacidad, lugar espacioso, limpio y ordenado. Personalmente me gustó mucho que al lado de la piscina tiene un aro y una pelota de baloncesto, disfrute mucho jugar y correr por todo el lugar con mi perrito. Ah y el tamaño de la piscina es buenísimo. Recomendable llevar repelente para mosquitos.

El lugar está muy limpio y agradable, la zona donde está ubicado tiene un acceso fácil de llegar, recomiendo que lo visiten les va encantar.

We booked Randy’s house very last minute. He was quick to respond and what a treat it was to stay there. We have never stayed so close to the sea! The house is literally on the beach. You can flop out of bed, into the pool and on to the beach. Jacob (caretaker) and his wife are on site. They can give you tips about things but don’t interfere. I would really recommend transport here. We didn’t have any and things are pretty spread out. We ended up hiring motor bikes and putting out kids on the back. Best to get supplies from Chinendega to cook but can buy fresh fish. Didn’t want to leave. Perfect place to just stop

COCINA : PANTRY DE ACERO INOXIDABLE COCINA DE HORNO Y CON LOS UTENSILIOS DE COCINA NECESARIOS PARA COCINAR PARRILLA: EXCELENTE PARA UNA TARDE DE ASADO COMEDOR: mesa de comedor de mármol éramos 14 personas y quedábamos perfectos DORMITORIOS: cuatro dormitorios con tres camas cada uno súper cómodas y limpias (baño privado en cada habitación) PISCINA: con un buen sistema de filtración, los niños no salieron de esa piscina los cuatro días de estadía ,agua muy cristalina. ACCESO A LA PLAYA: rápido y fácil disfrutamos de unos hermosos atardeceres PATIO: completamente engramado, limpio, fresco, excelente para jugar con la familia GRACIAS AL POR UN RANCHO TAN HERMOSO, PASAMOS LAS MEJORES VACACIONES DE VERANO!!! La estadía en casa de Beatriz fue increíble. Todo estaba súper limpio, cómodo y cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. El ambiente es súper tranquilo, ideal para desconectarse y descansar. Se nota que le pone cariño a cada rincón de la casa. Todo funcionaba a la perfección, y fue fácil sentirnos como en casa desde el primer momento. Definitivamente es un lugar al que queremos volver. ¡Recomendadísimo!

The place was beautiful! It is a quiet and very comfortable place to stay, the casitas are new and have a great view of the ocean. The whole place was very clean and nice, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Lacie was very easy to deal with, and was always quick to respond.

El lugar es fácil de llegar, es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en el Airbnb de Omar e igual que la última vez todo estaba muy limpio. El espacio es bastante amplio ideal para familias con niños pequeños, todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y la cocina está muy completa. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme en esta hermosa casa de playa

We had a great time at Eduardo's place, despite some initial bumps in the road. We did not get any instructions on how to check-in or find the place. Turns out that Google Maps is wrong. You simply have to keep an eye out for the street number (which follow no logical order), and the sign "Casa Icaco" on the outside fence. There is no check-in procedure, except that Maura or Jose (the BEST actual hosts who live on the property) meet you and show you around. But you better know how to speak Spanish well. And unfortunately, because of poor timing, Eduardo was not available for the entire day of checkin. Despite this, we had a wonderful time. Expect to drive to restaurants, etc. However, Maura is a great cook and a lovely host, and if you ask nicely, she can make a killer breakfast and even lunch. I would love to come back.

I loved my stay from the arrival to check-out . The site manager was exceptional, extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Mirna is awesome and I cannot put into words how much she made us feel at home. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip.

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time, the house is really comfortable, peaceful and in a great location. Having water, ice, breakfast and the option of food delivered to the house was outstanding, food was delicious Another great thing about this house is that they have the option to hire a masseuse. Daniel, who is at the house at all times is very attentive and respectful. The only thing I think needs attention is the steps tones towards the beach, they are small and unbalanced and it makes it very difficult and to walk. Overall it’s a beautiful house that we will be happy to stay again.
