Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, direct sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a garden view with the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Self Catering Annex 2 separate beds (1 bedroom)

⛴️ 0.4 miles from the ferry, Castle Copse Annexe is a lovely compact modern self catering property situated in a quiet housing estate and named after the small copse, a few minutes walk away. Walk through the copse, and it will lead you to the town centre, where you will find shops, cafe's, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach & crossing to Cowes. The annexe is only suitable for a max of 2 persons and unsuitable for small children due to the stairs, & sofa layout.

A charming little wooden house by the sea

This quirky attractive vintage little cottage is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing in idyllic surroundings. Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.

Pebble Beach Hideaway, minutes from Seafront

Pebble Beach, is a self contained chalet with king size bed and spacious shower room. Includes a fridge with water, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, WiFi, TV, iron, towels, and toiletries, microwave, toaster, plates etc. Outside rack for two bicycles, with a cover. Free off road parking right outside. Breakfast is not included, but there are local cafes, perfect for breakfast and a local pub that serves food daily, takeaways. The apartment is situated in the heart of West Cowes, moments from the Red Jet, good quality restaurants, bars, yacht clubs and the sea front. The space has recently been built and is bright and modern. The bedroom has a king-size bed with luxurious Egyptian Cotton linens. There is a large walk-in shower and good quality towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Coffee Machine. The sitting area is complete with nest tables and the wall-mounted TV has Netflix.

Spinnaker View chalet has it's own entrance and overlooks the Solent. Promenade walks into the world famous Cowes offering shops, nautical pubs & fine dining, only 500 yds from the nearest well known eating pub. Amazing location comfortable accommodation and underfloor heating. Stunning views from inside and outside on the decking. The chalet has steps and is not suitable for visitors with mobility issues. The chalet is ideal for couples and individuals.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Field View Cabin

This stylish modern place to stay is perfect for a great getaway. The cabin is situated on the owners property, set back from a main road. However it has its own separate/private entrance and parking. The Cabin is designed so that the accommodation windows and private patio/sitting area all face the fields. Located centrally on the Island, less than 1 minute walk to bus access and local family friendly pub. Also a short walk to river-side cycle track.
