I would like to start by saying we didn’t know the Airbnb wasn’t walkable but our host was amazing and helpful. We were willing to talk the hills to our Airbnb the night we arrived but Azilis was kind enough to pick us up. It wasn’t expected but we were incredibly grateful. I will know for next time! The place was secluded and perfect for what I was looking for. The outdoors merged with indoor, I felt like I was on vacation. 10/10

Надзвичайна, прекрасна квартира! Ми були приємно вражені, як Marie Jenna дбає про гостей і забезпечує все необхідне до найменших дрібниць. Помешкання виглядає набагато краще, ніж на фото! Ми були в захваті! Дуже зручна і функціональна кухня з повним набором посуду, кухонної техніки, запасом продуктів (рис, паста, олія, чай, кава, печиво, джеми, мед, соуси). Приємним сюрпризом стали 2 пляшки чудового вина, дякуємо. Дуже зручна спальня на мансарді, ніжна постіль, хороший матрац і подушки, тому ми спали, як в раю! Освітлення продумане так, щоб створити і затишок, і гарну видимість. Абсолютно безшумний кондиціонер, а це буває не часто в квартирах під оренду. Є величезні шафи для одягу. Є окремий робочий стіл, що було для нас важливим. Неймовірний вигляд на море з балкону доповнив наш захват! Ми багато подорожуємо по світу останні 10 років і впевнено можу сказати, що Marie Jenna це не просто супергосподар, це зразок, еталон господаря! Крута квартира, крута локація і мега крута господиня!

This property is everything and more. Perfect location, attention to detail, amazing (helpful) staff, so clean. We were in SBH for work and this spot was THE spot. Whether you’re looking for a “base” or a sweet little home away from home, look no further.

Sacha was great and always was willing to go out of her way to help. Location is very far from anything and finding a taxi to pick you up can be a major pain and could be a multi hour task. Other than that everything is perfect

Excellent stay in St. Barth. Apartment is perfect for a couple that wants to explore the island. The location couldn’t be any better, walking distance to the beaches of St. Jean. Parking sometimes seems like it can be a bit tricky but we always found a spot in the end. Phenomenal value! Will definitely look to stay here again.

The Botanist was such a special place to stay. It is so beautifully designed, careful and considered and so very pleasing to the eye. Ashley and Kristina are just about the loveliest people you could ever meet and kindred spirits. If you love and appreciate original design, special luxuries and original thinking- you will love this place. It is also extremely well located- in the center of town, but with a very private garden and an intimate feel.

Wow—what an unforgettable stay in St. Maarten! My friends and I booked this stunning 3-bedroom home to celebrate my birthday, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The house and the view were absolutely immaculate—honestly, words don’t do it justice. It was luxurious, spacious, and exactly as described (if not better). From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond. I was personally greeted at check-in with all the details I needed, plus the warmest welcome: a bottle of champagne, a beautiful charcuterie board, and a bottle of local rum to kick off the celebration. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made the experience feel special. This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax in style with unbeatable views and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend booking this home if you’re visiting St. Maarten—you won’t regret it!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, die Dachterasse ist wunderschön, vor allem mag ich die Umgebung, sicher, ruhig und vom Flughafen in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich war jetzt das zweite mal in einer Unterkunft von Paul und kann dieses Appartement zu 100% empfehlen. Preis / Leistung stimmen.

Michael was just fantastic! Such a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of local spots to pick up a few things. His property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. You feel right at home. Plants on the property are beautiful and landscaping well done. He is creating a nice lily pond which will add to this tranquil little escape. I can’t wait to visit the island again because I will be booking here again. I have already told my colleagues about this booking and they are too looking forward to booking.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

My parents and I had the pleasure of staying a week at Cheryl's lovely house. It was very spacious. For 3 people to have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 common areas, a backyard, and electronic gate was exceptional! The air conditioning was in every room and worked perfectly. Everything was in working order and there were lovely homey touches in every room - snacks, drinks, board games, books, toys for children, swimming inflatables and noodles, etc. We were literally one block up from the gorgeous beach and some of the best restaurants (Lay Back Bar was delicious)! Frankly, everywhere we ate was fabulous. It was within easy walking distance to anything such as mini markets, taxis, buses (which run along Back Street, which is 1 block behind the house) and incredibly cheap. Cheryl was friendly, warm, responsive, & professional. The airbnb made a relaxing trip even more luxurious. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook these accommodations and gladly recommend them to future guests! Thank you Cheryl!

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

Wow, where do I even begin? Our stay at The Cliff was truly unforgettable. Everything about this condo exceeded our expectations. The listing was 100% accurate, but honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The space is even more beautiful in person! Spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely breathtaking, and having the beach right at our footsteps was a dream come true. The pool was pristine and relaxing, and we loved that Mullet Bay was just a short walk away. We also felt incredibly safe the entire time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special shout-out to Joe, the host—he was AMAZING! So friendly, helpful, and always just a message away. You can tell he genuinely cares about your experience. I would 100% stay here again and again.

I had a lovely one month stay at this very well equipped apartment in Jordan Village, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. A low key basic comfortable and spacious apartment, with all basic amenities you would need. Plus some nice complementary extras. Apartment was immaculately clean, and the pool in the apartment complex area was sooo good. Safe neighbourhood with basic shops and eateries within easy walking distance. 10-20 min walking distance to Mullet and Cupecoy beaches, and easy driving to all beaches on the island; 10 min drive to Maho Village and Princess Juliana International Airport. Very hospitable and responsive host, Vishal facilitated a comfortable first rate experience. I hope to rent from Vishal again for even longer stays in this lovely place in the future.

Phil is a fantastic host who communicates proactively, ensuring you have all the information you need for a smooth and hassle-free stay. His well equipped apartment is located in Maho Beach, one of the best spots in St. Maarten. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the sea, the pool, and the island’s famous attraction—the nearby airport—where you can watch planes land right before your eyes. We'll certainly come back!

Yvette's place is AMAZING! We are a family of 4 with two adult children, so the space was perfect for us. Plenty of space and privacy. Large kitchen with everything you need. The location was great, as we were near everything. The yard is large and has an area for barbecuing and an area to sit and make a fire. The upstairs unit has a lovely view of St. Maarten and the sea, which we did not expect. It's very quiet and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable, with nice bedding, and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer, (in each unit). The decks were nice and large enough to do yoga on. Many nice touches, such as beach chairs, (not needed given all of the beach bars with lounge chairs!), snorkeling equipment, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The units are very spacious and clean. We really can't say enough great things about Yvette's place! We would absolutely come back!

Kevin's condo was great met all of our needs. Was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hanger and shelf space. We were 2 couples, plenty of room for together and alone time. Two en suit bathrooms for privacy. Great views, close to pools, and a short walk to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone including staff and other owners were extremely friendly and informative. Kevin was a great host. Quick to reply an answered all questions. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Great place to stay.

Best stay in Sint Maarten and the concierge service that came with our stay was 5-star. Highly recommend staying here!!
