great house to get away to relax with friends and family. we had a great time. the recommendations they gave us on restaurants etc were perfect for us. we will definitely consider coming back.

Perfect for our visit! Lovely river front location, private and welcoming. A great little house, with an amazing outdoor area, cold AC, and all the other bits n bobs you need. Tucked behind a lovely little coffee shop, 1 minute from the bakery, pub, restaurant, gift shops and cute butcher. IGA less than 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Imbil.

The place was very peaceful and beautiful. Collecting fresh eggs in the morning definitely a plus. Mia was a very responsive and helpful host. Thank you for the lovely stay Mia!

Breakers is a beautiful house (exactly as described). Comfortable, wonderful and relaxing setup for the property made even better by the little helping touches from Lacey and Yentl who were super helpful and friendly (arrived on a public holiday a little early and they helped us in early and had setup cots and a baby play matt for our group!). 5 min walk to a patrolled beach was also a huge plus on top of the pool!

Fantastic holiday house and Amy is a great host. Excellent for families with nearby cafes, restaurants and the beach. Great pet friendly yard and the house was clean and very well laid out.

Wonderful stay Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at Francelle’s place at Riverside! The home was beautifully, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—walkable to shops, restaurants, and the river. The rooms perfect for the family and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toiletries, and house handbook. Francelle was an amazing host—responsive, friendly, and eager to make sure our stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Noosa.

We had a wonderful stay, thank you. Beautiful dog friendly property in the heart of Sunshine Beach. Easy 5min walk to the beach and 2min stroll to cafes/shops. Really appreciated the thought put into household ammenities for a comfortable stay. Communication with lovely Sacha was always friendly, responsive and helpful. Secluded, clean & well-equipped. Kangaroos, cockatoos & kookaburras in the back yard on daily basis. Easy to find. Helpful hosts. You will be enjoying your stay!

Spacious family accommodation with plenty of living space both inside and outdoors. Bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Good to have private off street parking. Nice pool. Easy walking distance to local shops and cafes. Plenty to see and do in the local area. Good communication with hosts.

Beautiful area. The view is something that our family could definitely live with 24/7. Nothing like laying in a hammock watching the cows peacefully munching in the paddock and the beautiful view of the bluff. Lovely old home. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and could have spent their whole stay in it!

Anna was a beautiful host, she responded very quickly to any queries and was very helpful. We were provided with an earlier check in & later checkout. The house itself was amazing, photos do not do it justice. It was homely and the perfect location with everything you need. We will definitely be rebooking in the near future. Thank you Anna 😊
