We are a busy family of 5 with a large friendly black Labrador and cat and we live upstairs. Shared outdoor area. We are looking for guests who don’t mind families and love animals. As the downstairs is part of our home noise does travel and this is reflected in the discounted rate for the space.

We are located in East Auckland, 20 km from Auckland's CBD and 21 km from Auckland Airport. Our studio flat is at the rear of our house in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, close to Lloyd Elsmore Park. We offer a monthly discount (see below). The flat was recently renovated and refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom, washer-dryer, queen-size bed, heat pump and home ventilation system. It is warm, dry and bright, with windows on 3 sides. There is a 50” TV and unlimited wifi.

Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.
