The spot was perfect for us, a great little cottage by the lake. The lake was gorgeous! Chris was very responsive for all of our changes in schedule and questions we had and even left us a little welcome gift of some snacks and drinks. It was incredible and we would stay there again! also it is much closer to Halifax than you think! Turn on tolls when looking because everyone uses the toll bridge and it's just 1.25$ at time of writing and it saves 20 minutes to get into Halifax!

Lots of extra touches. Wonderful welcome basket that even included dog toys and treats (including wine for the 2-legged guests). Loved having the washer/dryer to use (when you are travelling this is really nice). Overall very positive experience.

Everything went smoothly and as expected. Helen was very communicative, and the air bnb provided everything that they said they would and more. Sad we couldn’t use the pool but understandable it was cold

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mary's place. It had everything we needed, including a nice big kitchen with a lovely view; it felt like I was cooking in a treehouse :-) Mary was very easy to communicate with. We would be happy to stay here again.

Went to spend my 60th birthday with dear friends and we had a wonderful time! Great location near of my favorite places but yet still remote! Hope to be back soon!

Our large family enjoyed a 5 night stay at the house and it is easily one of the nicest in our memory of AirBnB homes. There was lots of space for our group and the little kids loved exploring outside. We hosted some extra family one evening for dinner and found everything needed in the well appointed kitchen. The beds were very comfortable too! We loved everything about this home. It's little out of the city but that was ok for us. A memorable trip for us!

Alex and his house are amazing. I would give Alex 10 Stars out of 5 if I could. He was very accommodating and very responsive to us before, and during our stay. The house is well equipped throughout, including the kitchen to do everything you need. The view is out of this world and is like something from a movie. The rooms are spacious, the living areas are perfect to relax and look at the Atlantic Ocean whilst ships cruise past. Access to the beach was easy and the little peninsula has a fireplace that just completes the whole package. It is private and just what we needed. I highly recommend Alex and his spectacular house for anyone and everyone!

Wow!!! Amazing place, above expectations and so perfect for our Easter weekend! Fit all 15 of us with so much room! Kids had a blast and perfect for our basketball weekend! Thank you for being so great to us and such a great location! Easy to get downtown, 10 mins to Halifax Mall, and great run to Pleasant Park one morning! Loved it!!!!

We always feel at home in Angela’s flat. Can’t think of a thing that has ever been lacking to make our visit completely comfortable. We love the neighbourhood which is remarkably quiet, especially considering how close it is to restaurants, public transit and downtown. Looking forward to our next stay!

For the spot its totally worth the price, the host is really quick on response times along with asking questions along the way, flr sterting off for a solo or hanging out with your bf/gf would recommend

Susan’s place is perfect for a visit to Halifax. It’s a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the wonderful North End of the city close to world class restaurants like Bar Kismet. It’s a top quality apartment with a modern kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Susan is a great host, always responsive and helpful. It’s our second time staying there and we would recommend it unreservedly

Great central location, very walkable, lots of things to see and do on the waterfront. Very clean and comfortable stay, Andrea was very communicative and easy check in. Would recommend for a great downtown location!

We had an amazing stay at Katie’s place. It was beautiful and in the perfect location. Check in was easy, the place was clean and exactly how it was described and pictured. Katie’s communication was great and I couldn’t recommend this place more. Very close to walk to down town and a beautiful park across the street. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Sally’s was fantastic, we would definitely come back. We were 3 adults and a baby. Sally’s place was perfect for us; private, convenient, with all the amenities, a little backyard… very adapted for a family with a child. Sally was very responsive and flexible. The location in downtown Halifax was perfect to visit the site (everything was less than 10min away!) and the garage to park the car was a big plus considering all the construction in the city and around the appartement. We had a few issues with some appliances; the fridge was leaking inside on the top shelf and the dishwasher leaked on the floor when we started it, so we couldn’t use it. Minor issues that I’m sure Sally will fix for the next tenants. Thanks again for everything Sally.

Exactly like the photos. Spotless place. Stunning views. Morgan was also super flexible and understanding letting us check out a bit late on our last day.

I will be coming to Halifax frequently as my son goes to school there. I will for sure be booking here again. Place was immaculate. Very clean. Very close to everything. Bed was comfortable!

Great location for moving university kids in and out of residence. Secure building, beautiful view. Great to have parking which was easy to use even with intermediate SUV. Overall very pleased. Would recommend and would stay here again.

This place is a true gem! Spectacular views from the deck of Halifax, roomy and comfortable bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and living room made our stay so enjoyable. The place was very clean and inviting. We didn’t have a car but a 5 minute Uber to Halifax or downtown Dartmouth allowed us to enjoy the best restaurants. Erica was quick to respond to our messages and was very gracious. In all, this place was a gem 💎
