There is one queen size bed in the master bedroom, single bed (can be changed to queen sized bed) in the second bedroom and sofa bed. All brand new appliances. One parking spot in the driveway.

A very convenient location; a 10-second walk from the bus stop, a two-minute walk from a grocery store, cafés, brewery, laundromat, hair salon, and restaurants.
