Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Schränke. Die Pantry-Küche für einfache und schnelle Mahlzeiten ist voll ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeeautomat, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Waschmaschine. We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. Schöne Zweizimmer Wohnung vor den Toren Hamburgs. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen Sie in ca. einer 1/2 die Innenstadt von Hamburg. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Der Bahnhof Halstenbek mit kostenlosen P+R Parkplatz ist ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Flughafen ist mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten für Gäste befinden sich gleich in der Nebenstraße. Zum aus- und Einladen darf gern bei uns geparkt werden.

Die schöne helle Einliegerwohnung in unserer Doppelhaushälfte in Othmarschen zeichnet sich durch zeitgemäßes und stilvolles Design, liebevolle Details und vieles mehr aus. In der oberen Etage der Wohnung (EG) befinden sich Wohnraum inklusive Schlafzimmer und eigener Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, u.v.m. Wenn man über die Treppe nach unten geht, findet man sich in einem kleinen Flur wieder über den man in das hübsche Vollbad gelangt. Die S-Bahn fährt direkt gegenüber.

Zugang für Gäste Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Terrasse. Gästen steht ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang der Wohnung zur Verfügung

Herzlich Willkommen in meinem Studio mit separatem Eingang. Es erwartet euch eine gut ausgestattete Pantryküche mit einem Essplatz für 2 Personen. Vom Boxspring Bett habt ihr den Blick in den Garten. Das Duschbad ist neu renoviert. Ihr erreicht fußläufig die Bus Stationen in der Frohmestrasse . Dort sind auch alle Geschäfte, Post und Restaurants. Die Abfahrt der A 7 , Schnelsen , ist um die Ecke. Our guest flat, newly furnished at the beginning of 2021, is located in the basement of our small Wilhelminian-style villa - in the centre of beautiful Blankenese, in a side street behind the market square. Die Wohnung hat 20qm und wir wohnen direkt nebenan .Zu Fuß braucht man ca 25min (1,7 km) zum Quickborner Bahnhof. .Euch stehen aber auch zwei Fahrräder kostenlos zu Verfügung.

Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.
