The farmhouse has two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and a laundry room. Sit on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee watching cars, jeeps, and motorcycles as they make their way along the Ohio River Scenic Byway. It also has a large rear deck, perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand overlooking the grounds.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The house is right off the main highway. It is on a dead end street with only three houses and a beautiful meadow on the other side. The back deck makes it easy to sit and enjoy the view of the meadow. The living room and both bedrooms have televisions. Free Wifi and parking make this spot even sweeter. The home has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. Memory foam mattresses make for a good night's sleep.

Cottage sits behind our home (see photo). NOTE- Main house may have large groups. Pool and outside areas share spaces. Near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville & Lewisport. There is ONE bedroom which can be made into EITHER two California twins OR one California king -Wifi. We have a Smart TV you may use your Netflix and so on with. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Eating/work space is provided. Comfortable recliner chairs. Access to the grounds.
