My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

There is a second room that is adjacent to the common area but you still have COMPLETE privacy to your room and kitchen and bathroom. I plan on booking both rooms my next trip with my buddies cause this was just PERFECT. The outdoor common area was so cute and photogenic. Nice and private and very peaceful. No noise whatsoever.

Valerie's 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is perfect for the price. The place has a well-stocked, updated kitchen with complimentary coffee, clean and updated full bathrooms, and comfy bedrooms. There was some noise from upstairs neighbors but it never lasted for long periods of time. Also, the pool is not heated so too cold to use. Valerie is very responsive and easy to work with.

We had a great 2 night stay at Richards place. The accommodation is private, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed - the amenities are great. Would return again!

This was a great place for our mom and daughter’s weekend shopping trip. The location was good for all the thrifting and shopping we had planned. The host was very friendly and responsive. Very clean and as described, matched pictures.

We enjoyed our stay - comfortable apartment, walkable neighborhood with a wide variety of restaurants and shops, friendly host. We would return and highly recommend a stay here. Convenient location to both downtown and nearby beaches.

Mary is an excellent host and her apartment is pristine with hotel-like amenities that are hard to find at your average Airbnb. I would highly recommend.

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Easy checkin and walkable to some restaurants and more if you’re good to walk 20 min. Easy to uber everywhere. Clean and great house, just note that it is a shared house with a couple other airbnb units.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

Davis’s place was welcoming, super clean, and convenient. The backyard had a putting green, tiki bar, and fire pit, just wish we’d had the time to take advantage of those amenities. We hope to be able to return to the area again and if so, will check to see if this property is available to stay at again.

We booked Daniels home because it was dog friendly and also a perfect location. We were traveling to Florida for my daughters wedding which was held nearby at "Flower Farms Event Venue". We had to bring my dog because all of our dog sitters were also attending the wedding. My dog Rocket loved running around the fully fenced yard sniffing all of the beautiful plants and flowers. Rocket gave the yard a 10 out of 10 score and I appreciated the pooper scooper. The home is clean and beds comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has every gadget that you would ever need. I would definitely stay again. Oh and we can't forget the fun little nursery/farmers market on the corner...within walking distance. The produce was fabulous.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. The location is great and quiet, perfect for walking around. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance of the Yuengling Center. The Airbnb itself is very spacious, with a dream kitchen. Everything was beautiful and well-kept. The host was also very flexible and kindly allowed us to check out an hour and a half later than scheduled. Highly recommend!

1,000 characters is not enough to express how wonderful my stay was here. Check in was extremely easy, Jen was so generous to allow us to check in nearly two hours early. The place was not only spotless, there was even relaxing music playing as we entered. The parking pass is extremely easy to use. The AirBNB is in such close proximity to the beach you can walk, scooter (VEOS station right on the corner), or if you choose to drive there is Zone 1B parking by the pier. I’d highly recommend Spa Beach, family friendly. I cannot go with mentioning our lovely neighbors. Dennis is next door, we chatted over wine on the front shared patio. (Great spot to people watch!) Sierra is the upstairs neighbor, she has a sweet pup named Rowan (you might hear his footsteps from upstairs). You have everything you could possibly need here. Full kitchen. Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Shower/Tub + jacuzzi jets! Plenty of storage. Comfy bed! Truly this place is wonderful. For a couple or two friends! Thanks
