A double bed and en suite shower awaits in fresh comfortable surroundings. Open to all but please be aware of access arrangements to the property -access up a lane. Free on street parking is available nearby (100m approx)

Dating back to 1842 it overlooks a cobbled courtyard & has been tastefully restored to retain the original beams. Offering a high standard of accommodation for a maximum of four people & 2 dogs it’s within walking distance of the renowned pub, The Queens, Warwick Bridge & the River Eden.

Main bedroom has a standard sized double bed and the second bedroom has a single and a trundle bed (trundle NOT suitable for an adult, only for child/young teenager) The living room and open plan kitchen are fully equipped including fridge, freezer and a washer/dryer.
